Lovely private 4 bedroom apartment for rent on holiday and some weekends. Apartment on Aarhus island overlooking the water. Large couch a man can sleep on. Baby bed can be borrowed. Nice house with an undisturbed backyard 50 m from a great sandy beach. The house contains a room with a double bed, a room with 3 bunk beds and a loft. Nice living room/kitchen/family room with brand new furniture, new stove, espressomachine and new refrigerator. Table tennis, darts, large barbecue and good garden furniture. The beach has a "Blue Flag". Access to Viaplay, HBO, Netflix, Disney + free wifi. Electricity is settled upon departure. With normal use max 15 Euro/week.

There is access to a pavilion with a barbecue and the option of a wilderness bath and outdoor shower (by agreement).

- beach house - this is for guests who want a few meters to sand and water - high-end summer house - excellent walking and hiking trails - exceptional view, location - two paddle boards free to be used - space for 8 people to sleep. In the main house there are two bedrooms each with space for 2 people. In the annex there is space for 4 people. - the annex is hearted by an electric heating machine in the winter.

Stort hus (330 kvm.) med indendørs pool, billard, flygel (kun for de gæster, der rent faktisk kan spille klaver!) dart, 4 soveværelser (otte voksne og fire børn), fantastisk udsigt og kun 15 minutters gang fra centrum og lystbådehavn. 15 minutters kørsel til virkelig god strand. Ekstra "hotelhus" med 12-16 senge kan muligvis bookes sammen med dette hus.
