The private courtyard faces southwest. Half of it is a large covered terrace. The location is in the center of the city with a 5-minute walk to the beach, harbor environment, pedestrian streets, eateries and shopping. The TV is with the DR app and Chromecast. Cottage that exudes coziness and presence. The house is located in the heart of Juelsminde with only 80 meters to a lovely and child-friendly sandy beach. The house has a large newly built terrace where there is ample opportunity to catch the day's sunshine and also has a delicious wilderness bath that can be enjoyed all year round. In the garden there is a trampoline for the kids. Not far from the house there is a large and amazing playground. Approximately 1 km to the nearest shopping and 1.5 km to a fantastic harbour area with city life and restaurants.

Genuine and family-friendly summerhouse vibe in central Denmark. Located in a popular summer cottage area with views of the forest edge and a few minutes' walk to good beaches. The garden is enclosed, the terrace covered and the spa wood-fired (Wilderness bath). The house is neither modern nor perfect. Yes, it's tiny. The double bed is tiny (120 cm X 200 cm). The extra bed is tiny. The sink is tiny. But it will not be a tiny experience. The surrounding landscape is huge and plentiful.
