There is an electric kettle so you can make coffee and tea. In the kitchenette, there is 1 mobile hot plate and 2 small pots as well as 1 oven No frying in the room. In addition, a bathroom on the 1st floor and a toilet on the ground floor. The house has a large, lovely south-facing enclosed courtyard, where you can enjoy the sun all day. You can park on the street close to the house for two hours free of charge between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. on weekdays and Saturday between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Otherwise, there is free parking around the clock about a five-minute walk from the house

There are opportunities for lovely walks in the area. It is about 12 km to Kolding and Fredericia . Shopping approx. 6 km away; approx. 35 km to Legoland. There is no public transportation to our location.

From here, views of Vejle Fjord, Bølgen and Vejle city. 10 minutes' walk to the city center. In the apartment's large kitchen/living room, there are beautiful windows and access to one of the apartment's two balconies overlooking the fjord. The apartment's other balcony has evening sun and views towards the city. Both bathrooms have a shower and underfloor heating. There is an elevator and free parking.

The home is located in a scenic area, with short distances to the most popular attractions, such as Legoland, Lego House and Givskud Zoo. Private terrace area and fire pit. There is ample opportunity to see wildlife and birdlife. There are two large bedrooms that can sleep 3 and 4 people, respectively. Baby alarm and blackout curtains in both rooms. Our cozy newly built (2022) annex is located in the heart of the old Nordby. In the annex, there is a living room, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with 2 single beds), large bathroom and entrance. From the home, it is 5 minutes by bike to the ferry, 10 minutes by bike to the beach and 0 minutes to shopping and downtown. There is a private terrace, where there is plenty of space to relax and enjoy the weather. In addition, the annex has its own parking right at the door.

Ruggård er en gammel bondegård, som ligger på kanten af Vejle Ådal kun 18 km fra Kolding, Vejle og Billund (Legoland). Du har her det optimale udgangspunkt for ture i den smukkeste danske natur. Området byder på vandrestier og cykel- og rideruter. Her er mange udflugtsmuligheder, men afsæt også tid til ophold på gården. Børn ELSKER at være her. Her prioriteres ude-livet og derfor er der ikke TV i boligen (forældre takker os) Kom og oplev den landlige idyl og ro og hils på gårdens dyr.
