Die Wohnung bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen und ist funktional sowie gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und ideal für die Selbstverpflegung. Ein Balkon sorgt für zusätzlichen Raum zum Entspannen.

Innenstadt, Main, Weinberge sowie Bahnhof und Kongresszentrum befinden sich in unmittelbarer, fußläufiger Nähe (alles unter 1,0km). Du wohnst in einem denkmalgeschütztem Altbau aus dem 19. Jahrhundert ausgezeichnet durch die formschöne Fassade der Neurenaissance sowie den hohen Decken samt Stuck. Die 2 Zimmer, Küche und Bad sind 2024 komplett neu saniert und hochwertig ausgestattet.

Unsere ganz besondere Unterkunft bietet viel Platz und mit einer eigenen, liebevoll gestalteten Bar beste Möglichkeiten, um entspannte Tage im Herzen Veitshöchheims zu verbringen. Fernseher, Tischkicker und Flipper laden zum gemütlichen Beisammensein ein und Bus und Bahn für die Fahrt nach Würzburg sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist die Innenstadt Würzburgs in knapp 30 Minuten problemlos zu erreichen und der Main und die Weinberge sind fast vor der Haustür.

Our nest overlooking the vineyards

My nest is a high-quality furnished apartment. The way to the 2nd floor is rewarded with a stunning view of the vineyards and the Main Valley. In the morning you can watch the sunrise from the living area, in the evening the floor-to-ceiling windows invite you to watch the lights of the night. The apartment is on the second floor of a two-family house with access via the shared staircase. The apartment consists of a spacious living/dining area, two bedrooms & a bathroom.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Ο χώρος είναι ανακαινισμένος με πολύ φροντίδα και προσήλωση στις ανάγκες μιας οικογένειας. Ο κήπος με την παιδική χαρά είναι κοινόχρηστος και βρίσκεται πίσω από το διαμέρισμα ! Ιδανικό μέρος για οικογενειακές διακοπές λόγω του πλήρους εξοπλισμού. Βρεφική κούνια, καθίσμα φαγητού, παιδική πολυθρόνα και κάθισμα μπάνιου είναι στον εξοπλισμό του σπιτιού. Η στάση λεωφορείου είναι 2 λεπτά από το διαμέρισμα. Χώρος στάθμευσης χωρίς επιβαρύνσεις σε δημόσιο χώρο.

Quietly relax in the countryside

Lean back & relax in peace on the sofa, the bathtub or with a glass of Franconian wine on the balcony after a long sightseeing day in the nearby city of Würzburg, 8 km away, from a hike on our ILE panoramic hiking trail or a bike tour on the Main bike path. You can get a refreshment from the TV in the bedroom with a freshly brewed tea or coffee from the machine. Cook for yourself or let the Italian, Indian or Turkish restaurant on site spoil you.

*Away from it all* in a romantic shepherd's wagon

The cozy shepherd's wagon is located in the old town of Margetshöchheim, right on the Main bike hiking trail, just a few steps away from the water. Shopping, a bakery, a swimming lake & the Rococo garden are also nearby. Somewhat hidden, the romantic retreat is a private refuge with a veranda, outdoor shower, herb corner & outdoor kitchen. Surrounded by old walls, cats, chickens & being offline, the ideal place to switch off!

A quiet retreat on the edge of the forest near Würzburg: This design studio combines clear architecture with natural materials and lots of light. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the forest inside and create space to breathe. The private roof terrace with furniture, umbrella and fire bowl is all yours – for long evenings in the open air. Living on the Main 1a-ammain

The house is just a few meters away from the Main and is completely at your disposal. Direct access to the Main Valley Cycle Path to Würzburg (8 km). Bicycles can be parked and charged in the dry in the barn. Free parking places to be found on the street in front of the house. The pedestrian bridge to Veitshöchheim is 500 meters away. Playgrounds and a restaurant with a beer garden are approx. 200 meters from the house.

The apartment (24 sqm) was only completed in 2024 with a lot of passion and, in addition to the cozy furnishings, of course, also has all the amenities of a new building. The apartment invites long-term vacationers, cyclists or commuters alike to linger. Margetshöchheim is located directly on the Main River, opposite Veitshöchheim, about 7 km from Würzburg.
