This was our second time staying at Casa Fabian. We absolutely love staying here and will continue to book whenever we are in Puerto Rico. The home was spotless when we arrived. Luis provides excellent directions to his place, complete with a video to ensure ease of access. We had a super late arrival and he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable when we arrived. He even left some drinks and sandwiches for us as there’s really no food options available at 2 AM. Super thoughtful! There were plenty of towels and linens for my party of 4. If you forgot toiletries, it’s likely Luis has some in the house. There are even beach supplies provided so you have some shade and a place to sit when heading to the beach. The area is quiet and has plenty of great restaurants nearby (definitely go to Pollos Robby!) The horse is one of my favorite parts about staying here. She’s so sweet and loves to say hi whenever she hears the door open. I highly recommend Casa Fabian to everyone!

Thank you, Edwin! We had a fantastic stay. Even during the brief power outage, your place was impressively well-prepared—it made all the difference. Thankfully, the outage didn’t last long, and we really appreciated having both AC units running once the power was back! The location is perfect—close to everything. The gated, secure parking was a huge bonus, and the friendly neighbors and awesome local food trucks were the cherry on top. We’ll definitely be looking to stay here again on our next trip!

Laura and Jorge’s place is absolutely incredible. The villa feels completely private and is surrounded by the most insane 360-degree mountain views — it honestly looks like something out of a movie. The infinity pool was our favorite spot; we spent hours just floating and taking in the landscape. Every corner of the villa feels special — it’s clear how much thought went into creating the space. But what made it even better was Laura and Jorge themselves. They were so kind, super responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell they really care about the guest experience. Couldn’t recommend this stay more — peaceful, beautiful, and one of the most memorable places we’ve ever stayed. We're definitely going to be back!

Check-in was very easy. Ernesto was responsive to the questions I asked about parking. The location is perfect—you can walk to Puerto Nuevo beach one of the few Blue Flag beaches in Puerto Rico .The view is spectacular. Everything was very clean, and the decor and furniture were very modern. I hope to come back soon.”
