Milagro's apartment was just lovely and so clean. It was perfect for us to get some rest and close to the airport. Upon arriving I did have trouble getting in, because I was doing the combination wrong, lol. So I called Milagro and she helped me every step of the way and was so friendly. The apartment is private, upstairs and had a beautiful wooden door to entrance. Also McDonald's, Bebos's BBQ and a few other places were in walking distance. Thank you for hosting my family. We had an amazing two day stay at Sylvette’s place. It is a cozy place where we felt extremely safe and comfortable. It was very easy to find and Sylvette was available for an easy check-in. We felt right at home. The home was well cleaned before we arrived and looks exactly like the description and the pictures in the listing. Sylvette had many recommendations for local sites to visit as well as restaurants in the neighborhood. The neighborhood was walkable to the beach and walkable to grocery stores and great restaurants. There were even beach towels provided for us to use. I would definitely stay with Sylvette again when returning to San Juan and would recommend her place to friends or family members who are planning on visiting San Juan.

Great stay in a really good location. Cesar offered lots of local recommendations and the apartment was perfect for what we were looking for.

I was extremely happy with this place. The Host were so good to us and helped us literally get to their place by. being a human GPS for us since my phone was not working properly. They gave us many recommendations and we loved every minute here. I can not wait to come back again! They made me feel at home and like family!

His mom was friendly upon check in. She even left us more towels and soap and toilet paper after we extended our stay. Loved our stay and felt like home away from home.

We are fortunate to say that Romona and her home were worth every penny. Highly recommend to any first timer in Puerto Rico.

Amazing place!! Very relaxing and convenient for family, couples and singles. It’s walking distance to the pool and beach. We highly recommend renting a car and exploring the island. This place is 30 minutes away from airport. Also, there’s a supermarket, restaurants and beaches within driving distance. Thank you Nick and Candido I definitely recommend his place. P.s. They have also have a washing machine and dryer in his apartment. Which we loved!

Our stay in Cubuy at Samuel’s place was truly magical. The space was clean, peaceful, and immersed in the natural beauty of the rainforest. We especially loved falling asleep to the calming sound of the coquí at night—it was like nature’s lullaby. Exploring the surrounding farm and rainforest was a highlight of our trip, and the friendly resident cat added an extra touch of warmth with its sweet snuggles. One of my unexpected favorite parts was the simple pleasure of hang-drying our clothes in the fresh mountain air—the scent was amazing and really brought me into the rhythm of the place. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed for cooking, which made us feel completely at home. Every detail of the stay felt intentional and grounded in nature. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, off-the-beaten-path retreat.

- House was beautiful, spacious and clean - Host left snacks (chips&cookies) which we enjoyed and appreciated - Great communication and timely response from host - Location of house is remote, 25 to 30 mins to San Juan - Swimming pool was amazing with a stunning view of the mountains - Pool table was a plus to have fun at home - It was a little difficult to order uber to San Juan. Uber drivers kept canceling on us due to pick up site, but we were able to get one after 3 cancellations. - Great stay overall

Thank you Victor and Xiomara for a great stay. The place was spotless and offered a beautiful, peaceful view. Our host, Xiomara, made us feel right at home. Our flight was delayed, and we didn’t arrive until around 1:00 a.m., but she stayed in touch the entire time to make sure we were okay. It truly felt like she was waiting for a family member to arrive (not to Many people like that around ) . She was incredibly responsive and thoughtful—we really appreciated the welcome snacks! I would give them 100 stars if possible. I would definitely stay at La Finquita again.

Place was as described, in a great location, and parking was always available. Renier was a great host and always available for support and help with any concerns we had during our stay; he also shared some local cultural activities with us to enjoy. Would rent with him and Carmen again in the future!

Beautiful and unique property! There was 6 of us (4 adults and 2 teenagers) and were comfortable. Full kitchen inside, where meals can be prepared, and the grill outside with the gas stove can be used as well, which we did, two nights in a row, enjoying the view as we cook. The views are spectacular and breath taking. We will definitely go back and would recommend to friends and family.

Our stay in San Juan was nothing short of exceptional! The space was perfect—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, & thoughtfully designed with plenty of space to enjoy together or retreat for solo time. The massive outdoor terrace is a beautiful sanctuary. The location is the perfect balance—close to beaches & all the action, yet tucked away enough for an authentic Puerto Rican experience. It felt incredibly safe, which gave us peace of mind throughout our trip. As a mom, traveling solo with 3 kids, this was especially important to me. But what truly sets this stay apart was the host. Tommy’s hospitality is second to none—warm, proactive, & genuinely invested in making sure we were having a great time. From helpful recommendations to thoughtful check-ins, he went above & beyond. If we needed anything, I knew he was just a quick message away. I highly recommend Casita Coqui to anyone looking for a memorable & comfortable stay! We can’t wait to return to our newfound paradise! 🏝️

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Diana’s! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly accommodating—quick to respond, helpful with local tips, and genuinely kind. The location couldn’t have been better. Close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The space itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Diana has beach chairs and towels readily available so no need to buy those. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town!

Franchesca’s place was a great stay! Everyone in the complex was very friendly and great to talk to. Franchesca was very responsive and answered all of our questions, as extra as they may have been. If you’re looking for a place that’s a hallway and sand away from the private beach, this place is for you.

Beautiful apartment for our weekend stay! And also in a familiar area for us which was a PLUS! Air conditioning was perfect temperature on the walk in & through out our stay. We will love to book again & definitely recommend this place for anyone looking to stay close to the airport. The pool was perfect temperature & great walking distance to the beach! Definitely enjoyed our stay at Alejandro’s place. Very clean and organized, easy to locate, loved that it felt safe with the 24hr security. Felt right at home. The pool was great as well as the short walk to the beautiful beach in the back, no issues or complaints to give, simply enjoyed the whole stay, the cleanliness and Alejandro was great willing to help and even give advice for places to visit and things to do in the area…will recommend to others.

Ray’s place is very cozy and had all amenities that were needed. Located in a nice area that is walkable to a lot of restaurants and shops. Beach is down the block, which is a plus. Ray was fast with communication and quick to answer any questions I had. I would recommend Ray’s place.
