My boyfriend and I spent 5 months of Erasmus in Pedro José's apartment. It was an unforgettable experience, thanks in particular to this apartment that we fell in love with: very functional despite its size, very good for living together, well equipped, and nice decoration. The pool and proximity to the university is a big plus. We recommend this place for a short as a long stay, it feels right at home. In addition, Pedro is very attentive, he is very responsive and always gives good advice, thank you!

Wow 🌟wow💥 wow🌟 what can we say! As our first Airbnb we didn't know what to expect 🤔.This was an exploration weekend break for us so actually was a kind of "wing it" weekend! From the moment we booked it we had great communication from D&B with clear guidance about checking in.Of course we didn't have a clue😁 so we were very welcome with the add on of collection from the airport✈️. Denise worked so hard to turn around the apartment ready for our arrival&WOW is the only word I can say because as soon as you walk in this has the wow factor!The apartment was perfect,cleanliness was outstanding, amenities available for our use saved us so much for what we would normally pack for,really comfortable bed 🛏️with an amazing fan, spacious &THE VIEW🌅🌄!I can honestly say was breathtaking both day&night.Please take time to spend some time at night to simply take in the beauty the view provides.Their time, company&experience has been so valuable to our little trip&cant wait to come back.💕C&M

A great apartment looking out to the beach which is just a few steps away. The balcony is perfect to sit with a glass of wine at night and just listen to the waves rolling in. The area is quiet, has a good Chiringuito at the end of the street and is just a couple of minutes walk down the promenade to the main beach restaurant area or into the town. It felt like a Spanish town, not Brits abroad. Ana gave us plenty of recommendations as to where to go, what to do but the kids, and we, were just happy on the massive stretch of sand and in the warm waters that couldn’t be closer. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic apartment right on the beach of San Juan! The apartment is exactly as in the pictures, very clean and great for a couple with one child. With more people, however, the apartment would quickly become too small. Otherwise, 100% recommendation and the hostess was fantastically nice to us and very flexible with check-in and check-out. Thank you again for that🙏🏼

The apartment met our expectations, and the location was excellent right between the beach and La Zenia Boulevard. Other services were also nearby. The pool area and pool bar were very pleasant. It was a truly lovely and relaxing holiday!

10/10. Great place to stay. Everything you need for a self catering holiday Pool bar with snacks. Bars and restaurants within 10 steps. Apartment located at the back over looking pool. Very quiet at night, especially clean all amenities you need. Couldn’t fault it highly recommend. Steph responded within 10 minutes with our queries while there. Thank you Steph. Dani's apartement was fantastic, in a great location with sea views as stated and just 50m from the beach. The apartment had everything we needed (with one minor exception - a couple of sun loungers on the balcony would make it perfect!). All in all I wouldn't hessiate to recomend this as a super place to stay in Guardamar.

Rosa Maria is simply enchanting! The communication was excellent – she was available around the clock and provided us with great tips. Check-in and checkout were super flexible and perfect and tailored to our flight times. Overall, everything was really great – we felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. the stay in José's house is super pleasant, the house is much nicer in person that in photographs everything is very clean , a lot of kitchenware , everything is very clean towels and clean sheets. We loved the house and the treatment received the area is very quiet and very well located , we felt right at home. I recommend José's apartment 100%

The most Beautiful apartment. Even more lovely than the photos. The home itself is perfect, had everything we needed and more. The terrace is glorious, but the solarium, is just wow. The most spectacular views, and so well equipped for comfort. The local area is peaceful and welcoming. Rodas bar is a minutes walk and has great coffee, great food and a great vibe. Campbell restaurant and bar nearby, the food was fantastic. Walkable to Roda Golf resort, walkable to the local town, supermarkets and beach. Such a perfect apartment, we will be back! And we would highly recommend. As a host, Sylvia was more than amazing. So responsive and so helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—just steps away from the beach with beautiful views from both the apartment and the pool area. The house's owner, who lives on the first floor, is incredibly warm and welcoming; she even surprised us with homemade quiche to enjoy by the pool! The surrounding area is perfect for coastal hikes, leading to beautiful beaches with restaurants where you can enjoy a drink or a bite, with your toes in the sand. Christine and Claude were easy to communicate with and always helpful. We’ll definitely be back!❤️

Amazing suite in a unique location when you can see both the sea and the lagoon. The balcony is reminiscent of a terrace in size, from where you will be accompanied by the most amazing sunsets in the reflection of the lagoon. Everything is furnished modernly, comfort at a high level.

We live in the area and needed a place to stay temporarily. We are glad we chose this apartment as it was clean, modern, bright and airy. The pool is literally just a few metres with well maintained areas and very peaceful. You will need a car to venture further to beaches etc but everything is on site. Easy check in/check out with a very friendly and helpful Max. We would recommend to family and friends.

The apartment was lovely, really clean, beautifully decorated, well equipped and close to all the amenities. It was wonderful to have the private roof terrace too.

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Lovely property presented in very good condition. Pool needs to be heated (Not hosts fault clearly) and it would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the fridge as we arrived 23.00 on a Sunday. One design flaw was there is literally only one plug socket in the kitchen which seems bizarre All in all a very nice stay from a very responsive host, thank-you David Nina and Clayton

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment! It was spotlessly clean and ready when we arrived. It is beautifully decorated and very cozy—perfect for a relaxing holiday. It’s also spacious and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need (a fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, towels for the beach, sunbeds and sun umbrellas etc). There is a stunning terrace: large, sun-drenched, and furnished with comfortable outdoor seating. It was the ideal spot for morning coffee or unwinding with a drink in the evening. The view over the communal pool added to the holiday-like feel of the place. The pool is great, clean and kids enjoyed it fully! The beach is just a 150-meter walk away, it is cleaned daily— perfect for swimming or sunbathing. The host provides a little trolley to carry your stuff. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream... but also usual grocery shops. I would return in a heartbeat—highly recommended!

Great location, we had a little trouble with check-in in but Joakim was very responsive and it was fixed right away.
