We went to see some relatives who lived in the same development and we loved the house. The outdoor space is wonderful, everything is clean and tidy. Comfortable bed with clean sheets. Very cozy. If I have to come back, I'm sure we'll repeat. 100% recommended

The location of the house is unique. Kids loved the garden. The house is energy self-sufficient, so you can't use larger electrical appliances, the kitchen is rather spartan. Since there is no heating, it can get a little colder in the house in the evening in the spring, but we knew that. Be sure to pack warm clothes.

I was allowed to stay with José and his family for a week. The place is a little out of the way and is therefore very quiet. I could therefore enjoy my time very much and finally really relax. In particular, the pool helped a lot here. There is also everything you need in the accommodation. José was always able to help me with any problems and was always reachable for me. I would love to stay at the place again!

A car is a must. The house is in a great location for touring. The garden is beautiful and an added bonus of the swimming pool which is perfectly maintained.

The house had everything we needed and then some. The pool is fantastic. Large outdoor area with seating and tables and lounge chairs for several people. Walkable to Supermarkets, Chinese store, restaurants and a park. Juan was an amazing and helpful host. Quick to respond and so kind.

Sergio is a really friendly and reliable host! Happy to stay in this house, although the weather was not that great, the place was perfect. Muchas gracias Sergio! We would love to come back!

We spend a very lovely week at the villa and Service of Alicia was extraordinary! Super fast answers and help in every form and way! The villa was clean and tidy as well. Every imaginable supply was already in the villa waiting for us.

Clear, good location, fully equipped

Perfect location, close to everything you need, good area and quiet. A very big house with a huge pool. Daniel was very nice answering all the questions we had and offering us margin at both check-out and check-in time. What you see in the photos is what it is. If we go back to Alicante, we'll do it again.

Thank you very much for the excellent treatment from Jose and his wife, you are great hosts and even better people. I recommend this little piece of paradise to everyone. Very large house and lots of space! In a very quiet area and with all the necessary facilities to rest. 15 minutes from downtown Alicante (well communicated)

We rented La Zenia Hostel as a complete house and we were very satisfied! Lovely swimming pool, spacious kitchen, plenty of utensils, large outdoor table, large TV, enough privacy and space and super clean. The bathrooms are basic but clean. Rooms are reasonably small, but equipped with very good air conditioning. Host is very nice and responds very quickly. Supermarket and shopping mall are very close, the rest is just far away to do on foot and taxis are not much available nearby. Fortunately, we were often able to take a friend of the host's taxi.

A spectacular place to disconnect and enjoy! Our stay at this chalet was just perfect. From the first moment, we felt right at home thanks to the comfort and care. The house is spacious, with a stylish and cozy design. The living room is spacious and bright, with very comfortable sofas and a modern decor. The kitchen is fully stocked, allowing us to prepare our meals without any problem. The exterior is a real paradise: a pristine pool surrounded by a garden, sun loungers and a perfect area to enjoy the outdoors. Definitely a highly recommended place to stay. We'll be back!

Beautiful apartment with stunning sea view. Own grill on the balcony and outdoor shower was spot on the top.

We were on vacation in two families with two 6-year-olds and it was a perfect vacation. The house has direct access to the fine sandy beach with shallow sea. Direct access to the beach is priceless, and the sea view patio has the part where the table is mostly shaded for fresh lunches and dinners. The kitchen is spacious and equipped. Hector and Carlos are super helpful and kind.

I would highly recommend a stay at this wonderful house. Just 3 minutes walk from the most beautiful beach and local attractions. The house was clean and tidy and has everything you could ever need for your stay. I stayed with my husband and children and we all fell in love with the house and the area. The host was super helpful and responded to any questions very quickly. I will definitely be coming back! 10/10
