Het heeft een ruime eigen tuin met bbq en tuinset waar je heerlijk van de zon kunt genieten. Beneden is een knusse, smaakvol ingerichte woonkamer met keuken. Beiden zijn van alle gemakken voorzien. Boven is een grote slaapkamer en ruime moderne badkamer met stortdouche. De studio is geschikt voor 2 personen en eventueel nog een klein kindje.
