Nice little apartment in rural surroundings

You get close to nature. You have easy access by car to everything from this perfectly located base in the rural idyll, with 10 km to shopping. The apartment is 500 meters from the highway, and has 800 meters to lovely Hindemade/Pamhule. Hindemade/Pamhule has an 18km MTB trail in stunning and challenging forest area. 58 km to Legoland and Lalandia 35 km to Danfoss Universe 30 km to Kolding Storcenter 45 km to the German border At the apartment itself, not much happens, as the apartment is in the countryside.

The apartment has a steep staircase, is therefore unsuitable for people with walking disabilities. The apartment is newly renovated with a private entrance, for the 1st floor (stairs) folding bed (2 persons) In addition to the bed (incl. bed linen) there is a sofa and TV. Lesser dishes can be made from food. (Pots El boils, silverware, etc., and a refrigerator are available.) Private bathroom (incl. towels) Heat pump ( air conditioning) The apartment is a non-smoking area. Entry door opens with key (lockbox)

This 30 m ² apartment is ideal for students, tourists, and artisans seeking a practical and well-placed accommodation. The apartment is located in a quiet green area in Åbenrå city, close to the hospital and offers easy access to public transport as well as the E45 highway. The apartment offers: 1 bed 90x200, 1 bed 140x200 and sofa. included bed linen and towels. Kitchen with stove, oven and fridge/freezer. Private bathroom and toilet. WiFi. The apartment also has access to a cozy terrace with table and chairs.

Guesthouse (annex) 15 m2 with a two-person bed and bathroom with shower. 32" flatscreen with cable tv. Wi-Fi. No kitchen, but a fridge/freezer, plates, microwave, toaster, coffee/teaboiler and BBQ grill (outside). Small table and 2 chairs + one extra comfortable chair. Terrace with grill is avalible just outside the door. Pets are Welcome. There is free parking in the driveway at the adress. Bikes kan be parked at covered terrasse. 5 minutes walking distance from lake park and city centre.

Marielund: A scenic farmhouse by the beach

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

It is located in a unique protected area as the only cottage. It is a lovely cottage for those who want to enjoy nature in peace and quiet. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

Unique beach summerhouse with panoramic views

Architect-designed summerhouse from 2019 directly on the beach. It has peace and quiet and a great view of the water where you can keep up with the changes of nature throughout the day. In the main house there is a bedroom, loft, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Corvid-19. For safety reasons, before and after each visitor will be cleaned and all surfaces disinfected.

We renovated the premises in 2020, so they appear neat. The premises consist of a family room, entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom, living room on the 1st floor. Total approx. 90 m2. Large north facing terrace with sun from southwest and west. Access to large lawn. There is a lockbox if we are not at home upon guest arrival.
