This stylish studio located on the second floor has been newly renovated and designed to create a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. I am an experienced host and will do my best to make sure my guests enjoy their stay and feel as if they are at their own home or in a quality hotel!

Armine and her mother are wonderful people. They made me feel and treated me like family. The place is sparkling clean and at the top floor of the building with elevator. It has a private terrace on the rooftop to enjoy. They are always available for anything to need and generous with their offering. Fast and reliable internet and quiet and efficient air conditioner. Recommend, 100 per cent.

Tigran was so helpful and friendly. Responded and help me with problems very quick. He is a good host and cares about the wellbeing of the guests. Over all, I strongly recommend this place 😉

The apartment is actually even prettier than on pictures, with every corner aesthetic and comfortable. Besides it has everything you need during a trip , better than in a 5* hotel. The building is secure and can be accessed only by inhabitants. The supermarket is right next to it, which makes it very comfortable. Taxi is very cheap in Armenia, you can get to the center in 10 minutes for just $2-3. The host is incredibly caring and made sure my stay was maximally pleasant and comfortable

It was a very short stay (half day, half night), and I like it a lot: very friendly, very flexible, good price, nice view, and a great place to stay: clean, modern, I like the design of the room, large window with a great view, big bathroom, everything was good. I got messages about driving to the place details, about wifi - highly appreciated. Highly recommend! Thank you Ovsanna!
