This stylish studio located on the second floor has been newly renovated and designed to create a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. All the major attractions, shopping streets, restaurants and bars are around the corner (1 min walk to Opera, 7 min walk to Cascade, etc.). I am an experienced host and will do my best to make sure my guests enjoy their stay and feel as if they are at their own home or in a quality hotel!

Sono stata accolta con un ottimo vino e un gattino coccolone! La stanza è perfetta, pulita e con una bellissima vista sul giardino. Consiglio a chiunque di considerare questo alloggio nella splendida Areni!

This was my favorite stay in Armenia, I only wish we were able to stay longer! The hosts are super kind and the space is so serene and peaceful. Take your time getting down the driveway as the road is unpaved, but the destination is worth it! One day I will definitely come back to this very special destination ✨💕

Armine and her mother are wonderful people. They made me feel and treated me like family. The place is sparkling clean and at the top floor of the building with elevator. It has a private terrace on the rooftop to enjoy. They are always available for anything to need and generous with their offering. Fast and reliable internet and quiet and efficient air conditioner. Recommend, 100 per cent.

Great Place. Clean and Comfortabe only 15-20mins Yand*x ride from Yerevan and very near airport. Affordable Price. Tigran is such an awesome friendly guy. Highly Recommended if u r looking for a clean and affordable place near Yerevan. 5stars!

The apartment is actually even prettier than on pictures, with every corner aesthetic and comfortable. Besides it has everything you need during a trip , better than in a 5* hotel. The building is secure and can be accessed only by inhabitants. The supermarket is right next to it, which makes it very comfortable. Taxi is very cheap in Armenia, you can get to the center in 10 minutes for just $2-3. The host is incredibly caring and made sure my stay was maximally pleasant and comfortable

Прекрасный кемпер! Очень чисто и уютно! Отдыхали с двумя детьми. Спали все на одной кровати, тесновато конечно, но все влезли. На фото есть озеро, но кемпер стоит в горах, в лесной части, локация тоже очень хорошая, но не на берегу. Ночью смотрели на звезды через телескоп. Тишина и покой!) обязательно возьмите антимоскитные средства с собой!
