This pretty and very well-equipped studio was created to receive artists from the Awassô Artistic Center, and we rent it out the rest of the time. We live above and it is attached to the Center where there are dance classes every night of the week. So we're looking for friendly and open-minded tenants. Clearly, if you have a problem with noise (or Africa), this place is not for you!!! Otherwise, we'd love to host you!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space, recently renovated and ideally located. It offers easy access to all the city's amenities as well as destinations such as SAINT EMILION (10 min), BORDEAUX (25 min), the train station less than 5 min by car. Everything you need will be available so you can have a nice stay. We could possibly add a crib. Linens are provided as well as towels and bath mat.

We welcome you to our 20 m² air-conditioned cottage comprising a large bright living room with kitchen, shower room and terrace. It has a separate entrance. It is located in a quiet and green area in the heart of the Entre de Mers vineyards and halfway between Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion. This cottage would be perfect for a student or someone coming to work in the area.
