This old 17th century presbytery has been entirely renovated. It is on the top of a little hill and has 500 m². This property is peaceful and surrounded by vineyards - only 20 km SE away from Bordeaux. If you love old historical properties, singular houses and places which have a story, you are at the right place ! Our house is a safe haven, it offers a 10 people capacity with 5 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms) and 3 bathrooms. Bedlinen and towels included.

The guest house "Le figuier du clos d'Emilion" adjoins our house, which has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished to offer all modern comforts. They have a fully equipped kitchen and a shared garden with barbecue, plancha and fryer. The fruit trees offer you sunny or shady places and we have installed sunbeds for your comfort. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.

Come and rest and enjoy the exceptional setting offered by the location of this charming cottage for 4 or 6 people (150 m²) backed by a magnificent 18th century house located on the banks of the Dordogne. You are in a magical place in the middle of a wooded park of 6000 m², very quiet and enjoy exceptional views of the river. If you are a planchist, you can try surfing the famous Mascaret wave of St-Pardon that passes at the foot of the house.

Nice cozy and well-equipped studio

This pretty and very well-equipped studio was created to receive artists from the Awassô Artistic Center, and we rent it out the rest of the time. We live above and it is attached to the Center where there are dance classes every night of the week. So we're looking for friendly and open-minded tenants. Clearly, if you have a problem with noise (or Africa), this place is not for you!!! Otherwise, we'd love to host you!

Everything you need will be available so you can have a nice stay. We could possibly add a crib. Linens are provided as well as towels and bath mat.

In the heart of the Loupiac vineyard, 35 km from Bordeaux, we offer you the left wing of our family Château, which will be totally private. Warm and quiet atmosphere, you will have access to our estate which is a real invitation to take a walk. For the curious, you can discover our sweet wines. Our house is a beautiful 18th century stone building, completely renovated. Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village. Shops, bars, restaurants, grocery store, market and even cinema are a few minutes walk.
