We had an absolutely perfect stay at Caroline's! The accommodation is as described, very clean, nicely decorated and extremely well located. Everything is designed for the comfort of guests, and you immediately feel good there. We really loved the thoughtful touches on our arrival: the welcome slate with our names, the madeleines, the coffee, the chocolate... Not to mention the linen that smelled divinely good, a detail that makes all the difference! Caroline was particularly welcoming, responsive and caring throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We rented the apartment to visit the medieval village of Perugia (15 min walk). The apartment was impeccable, clean, tidy and the bedding was good quality. Lots of equipment as well as a beautiful terrace! We had a lovely time!

The stay was great. The property and apartment were very well maintained and extremely clean and tidy. We felt right at home. The amenities were exemplary, we lacked nothing. We can fully recommend the apartment. The WiFi was a bit slow, but the mobile phone was optimal, so that was not a problem.

The AirBnB is great - everything as described in the ad and very lovingly furnished. The location is perfect. On Saturday morning, there is a market in the square next door. Nancy was very friendly. Absolute recommendation.

Camille was very responsive and quick to come over when we were having trouble with the WiFi. She was very nice and the place was clean. If I had any feedback I’d say that a fan would be nice as it’s the same temperature inside the apartment as it is outside. It was 31.1C or 88F in the apartment when we went to sleep. we looked for a fan but could not find one. Otherwise everything was great!

We had a pleasant and great stay! Listing matches photos. Quite spacious and clean, with impeccable bedding. In addition, it is very well located, lots of things are within walking distance. Isabelle is a very responsive host. ☺️ Small negative point in terms of insulation… you can hear outside and in the evening it was hot in the room (during our stay it was over 30 degrees in the shade). But other than that, it was perfect. Would highly recommend!

Very satisfied with this listing! Very bright accommodation, very nice. Beyond perfect, accommodating, cordial, available. If we had to nitpick, in total benevolence it would have been about the bedding. We had trouble sleeping. Otherwise there was really nothing wrong with this place, we won't hesitate to come back if we still have a dance competition in the area!
