Very good stay at Chris's place. Despite a hazard, Chris offered me a quick solution in anticipation of my arrival so I could have a pleasant stay as planned. Thanks to him for his responsiveness!

Everything was perfect. The accommodation was very comfortable, well-equipped and located. We had a pleasant stay with our dog who was able to enjoy the small outdoor area.

We only stayed for a few days but it was amazing. The host is very friendly and is always available for whatever you may need! Peaceful neighborhood and the house is close to a couple shops, so it’s perfect for longer stays, or just if you need a day to yourself to relax! The house itself is very modern and feels like it’s generally well maintained. There’s an incredible bedroom for kids, equipped with a sort of bunk bed and firefighter pole to slide down into a ball pit! House also comes with a very friendly outdoor cat that lives in the neighborhood and loves attention! Did I mention the turtles?

I had booked this beautiful villa to spend a weekend with 11 girlfriends. The place is beautiful and very quiet. It has everything you need to have a good time with a group! Axel was a very friendly host with us and he even came to help us when we had to close the blocked pool curtain. Thanks for everything ☀️

For this last-minute rental, our host was responsive and flexible on our check-in and check-out constraints. The apartment was very well located for our needs, comfortable, clean and well-equipped, in a quiet and pleasant residence (the little evening bath, even icy, was very pleasant😉).

We loved Julia and Alexandre's studio👍, and in addition we had parking👏👏. Very good reception, Julia very friendly, very available, super nice. We were located a ten-minute walk from the medieval city. We highly recommend this studio for the location and the owners. To be redone

We arrived by car quite late and Marie responded to us on the site within 10’ . The instructions were clear and it's me to My side who managed nothing with the door opening app. But she was at the end of her phone and her brother came to rescue us. The apartment is particularly well cared for and functional. We were only light traffic but the bakery is a 4 ´ walk for breakfast! The neighborhood is quiet and the bus is just downstairs to get to the metro . Thank you Marie and Prince for your kindness

It was a very comfortable and modernized flat away from home. Although the kitchenware is not that of a chef’s kitchen, it was adequate for the modest meals, with basic seasonings provided, which I occasionally prepared when we were not eating with family or eating out. For daily coffee drinkers Tony’s coffee pod supply was awesome. Loved the shower! The water heated right up and I got a better and quicker one than at home. The iron and laundry pod supply was exceptional. The clothing storage and laundry & cleaning supplies exceeded our needs. The location was peaceful, safe and accessible; with cordial neighbors and pleasant surroundings and a library and garden nearby. Within minutes, you have access to bakeries, pharmacies, the bus line (shout out to the C3!), and even Velo bike rentals. Tony was a great host; he was patient, professional, responsive, always asked if we needed anything. If you are looking for convenience, comfort, and safety in Villeurbanne - this is it.

I came to attend a concert at the LDLC arena. It is very close (15-minute walk, 5-minute bus 85) and this allowed me to go to the concert without worrying about the traffic on the road. The apartment was very close, not far from a pizzeria and a bakery for meals. All in all, a great rental!

Convenient, super well decorated and equipped accommodation. The Sissi restaurant right next to the accommodation is excellent.

My little family and I, that is, four people, stayed at Azel's and we were as comfortable as at home. A large and well-equipped accommodation located in a quiet residence. Lots of beds and lots of things available. A home at the door of Lyon without the inconveniences of big cities. Parking spaces nearby. Nearby shops. Impeccable. We would happily stay again. Rachid and his little family.

The accommodation was great, perfectly in line with the description and our expectations. We felt really good about it, like home. The terrace is superb and very nice, a real plus! Everything was very clean upon arrival. The hosts are nice and especially very responsive, which is really appreciated. We'll be happy to go back!

Listing identical to photos and description. Big plus: the garage, because street parking is complicated. Great kitchen, very well equipped with enough dishes for 6 and cooking accessories. The apartment is very quiet because it overlooks the courtyard without too much overlooking.
