This nice little cottage, near our house, is nestled in a pleasant green setting with splendid views. Walking trails start from the surrounding area. The Chamrousse resort, popular with the people of Grenoble, is 35 minutes away by car, Alpe d'Huez is 1 hour away, and Lake Laffrey is 25 minutes away. 800 m away: enchanting medieval castle, small grocery store, pizzeria and pharmacy. Electric vehicle charging station at extra cost. Unfortunately, there is no safety equipment to accommodate a baby or young child in addition.

Well heated in winter and cool in summer, it's a good place to stay, you will be quiet there to enjoy the terrace, barbecue and garden. A private and enclosed courtyard, child-proof, pet-friendly, bike-friendly or motorcycle-friendly. Many hikes and shops are nearby.

Very well equipped 2-bedroom apartment in a modern house, with a nice view. We live in a quiet area, 20 meters from the start of the hiking trails and 25 minutes from the Chamrousse ski slopes. Main room with equipped kitchen and lounge/TV area, one bedroom (160 cm bed), one bathroom with washing machine. Close to Uriage (2.5 km from shops), you have access to a parking space inside the courtyard. We live next door and are happy to let you know what fun activities to do around our home.
