Welcome to Natura! This 24 m2 studio, completely renovated, is located on the 1st floor without elevator access, in the heart of Lyon Part-Dieu. Very quiet and overlooking an inner courtyard. Very well equipped like a 4* hotel room: 160 x 200 cm bed, 50" Samsung "The Frame" TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video included, fiber wifi, reversible air conditioning, equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, large bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer and magnifying mirror! Very good stay at your place!

Historically, this is the second oldest house in the village, dating back to 1635. A unique and peaceful newly renovated property nestled in the heart of the golden stone region, it's just 10 minutes from Villefranche-sur-Saône and 40 minutes from Lyon. The house was built in the 17th century by a lord of the Order of Malta to establish his own village. A private outdoor area is available for your use, complete with sun loungers, a table, chairs, and a barbecue (please bring your own charcoal)

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.
