Modern accommodation with 6 beds divided into 3 rooms. about 50 meters to the lake with possibility for swimming & fishing. Wood-fired sauna in separate building on the plot. Summertime is available for sauna rafting, rowing boat, beach, bicycles about 20 min Boden, 30 min Luleå, Piteå 50min We also have a simpler forest shoe next to a pond where you can hike or hike up our mountain with beautiful views.

Here you live in the middle of nature while you can reach Piteå city center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4, you have only 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make a fire at the barbecue area, pick berries, ski and skate during the winter months. Here you can also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic place all year round!

The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hobs. The "fireplace room" with many windows has its own wood-burning stove that both warms and creates a very private atmosphere. One toilet (waterless sk. Separett) is available next to the fireplace room. Door from the fireplace room leads to the private patio. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. "Gummans" is only a 15-minute drive from Kallax Airport. Bus to Luleå from E4 (1.3 km from "Gummans"), fewer on weekends than weekdays. 5 km to shop. Excellent hiking trails in the summer and ski tracks in winter in the village. Ralph Lundstensgården with fantastic food and coffee, can be found in central Ersnäs.

The accommodation is within walking distance of the golf course, beach and bus stop with good connections to both Boden and Luleå. In the accommodation, you can freely use the sauna and relaxation area, which is in the same building as the accommodation.
