We rent out our nice little cottage/lake cabin in Västervik during the summer months. The cottage is located 2 km from the city center and 50 m to the pier where you can take a morning swim. The cottage consists of large cottage with bedable corner sofa, TV and dining area, small kitchen, bedroom with 120 cm bed and a terrace under roof in southwest facing with a fantastic view of Gamlebyvik and in towards Västervik. There is a shower and toilet. The cottage is 40 sqm including terrace suitable for 2 adults and 1 child Barbecue is available. Bed linens , towels and cleaning not included

Newly renovated, central farmhouse right by the water with your own jetty. 25 sqm with 2 beds, Extra mattress available. Secluded lovely sun deck with lounge furniture and barbecue. The house has the essentials as simpler kitchen and newly renovated marble bathroom. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the city center and the way there is fantastic along the water. In the center there are many cozy cafes, restaurants and shops. You who rent the guesthouse can use the dock just outside. Please note that there is a dog on site. Bicycles are available to borrow.

Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Attention, not for partying groups!

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with access to the deck and plot. Close to forest, nature and the sea. To the center of Västervik it is about 2 km with beautiful walking/biking track along the sea. About 150 meters down to a sea bay with swimming and fishing possibilities. The home is fully equipped. Close to cettering places. You can enjoy the tranquility of our garden. If you don't want to clean up after yourself, we do it for an extra cost.

We had a great time at the house! Christoffer was always available and responded quickly and easily and was very helpful! The many toys for our daughter were also great! Västervik and Vimmerby (and Bullerbü) are close and worthwhile destinations. Overall, we highly recommend the accommodation!

The kitchen area features modern cabinetry in muted tones, equipped with a refrigerator, oven, and coffee maker. A ladder leads to a lofted sleeping space, while stylish white tiles and wooden accents enhance the functional design.

I had a great, unfortunately only short, stay at Maria's. I have rarely experienced such a well-equipped house. There was nothing missing and the house is suitable for longer stays. The location is so idyllic - a dream! The communication with Maria was very friendly and so easy! I will definitely remember the house and will be happy to come back. But then longer than one night. Thank you!

Very beautiful landscape! You are completely alone (except for the castle, but that's also a bit away) so there is comple silence except for the birds, the water (wich you have a absolutely stunning view on).. The inside was perfectly clean and organized, however it is to note that the building isn't quite finished yet: All of the light switches are missing (the only way to control the light is via a single tablet, but you'll get used to it quickly). The fireplace wich is advertised is there but not connected to a chimney, wich makes it unusable (there's just a candle inside). Other than that the house has everything you could possibly need (especially in the kitchen). Overall just great!

A small cozy home with a private little courtyard for breakfast in the morning sun or possibility to borrow the grill. We appreciated the location which is very close to the city center and the opportunity for a swim from the nearby jetty. Extra plus for the bikes that were lent so we could easily get around the surroundings. The home had everything we needed and Magnus and Lisen are quick and easy to communicate with. We would love to come back!
