We rent out our nice little cottage/lake cottage in Västervik during the summer. The cottage is 2 km from the center and 50 meters to the jetty where you can swim. The cottage consists of large cottage with bedable corner sofa, TV and dining area, small kitchen, bedroom with 120 cm bed and a terrace under roof in southwest facing with a fantastic view of Gamlebyvik and in towards Västervik. Shower and WC available. The cottage is 40 sqm including terrace suitable for 2 adults and 1 child All bed sheets , towels and cleaning are not included Unsafe connection of WiFi

Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The house of 30 sqm contains a fully equipped kitchen, a full bathroom with shower, Bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, duvets, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Of course, there is TV, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 min to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. Note: The house has been expanded in 2025 to get to a proper bedroom.

Cozy little cabin in the owner's yard. Shared bathroom/kitchen and private toilet/sink in the owner's house. The stuga is located along the forest side of the village and therefore fairly quiet. Parking is free next to the stuga. Family with 2 children (2 and 7) live in the main house, but are generally going to school and work all day long. Loftahammar is a very touristic place with various activities. Boat rental and bicycle rental is possible.

The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like.
