Unterhalb des Häuschens liegt ein kleiner Sandstrand -ideal fuer Kinder- sowie ein Bootssteg. Das Häuschen hat 3 Schlafzimmer, einen offenen Wohn-, Ess- und Kuechenbereich. Grosse Fenster mit Blick aufs Wasser. Badezimmer mit Dusche, Waschbecken, Wassertoilette und Waschmaschine. Kueche ist voll ausgestattet. Breitband/ Wifi vorhanden. Fernseher. Klimaanlage.

Maak kennis met de rijke fauna en flora van Zuid-Zweden direct vanop het terras of tijdens lange wandelingen in de omgeving. Geniet na een duik in het meer van een barbecue op het sfeervol verlichte terras.

Guesthouse is best suited for two people, but a sofa can be used by a third person. The house is located near Gränsö nature reserve where you have many fine hiking trails. Proximity to golf club makes it especially suited for golf players!

Vi hyr ut vår fina lillstuga/sjöstuga i Västervik under sommarhalvåret. Stugan ligger 2 km från centrum och 50 m till brygga där du kan ta ett morgondopp. Stugan består av storstuga med bäddbar hörnsoffa, TV och matplats, litet kök, sovrum med 120 cm säng och en altan under tak i sydvästläge med en fantastisk utsikt över Gamlebyviken och in mot Västervik. Dusch och toalett finns. Stugan är på 40 kvm inkl. altan lämplig för 2 vuxna o 1 barn Grill finns. Lakan , handdukar och städning ingår ej

Welcome to Västervik and our fantastic 18th centuryhouse. Enjoy a morning dip from a jetty just a few minutes from the house, or walk 15 minutes to Breviksbadet. You can reach the restaurants in the city center in just a few minutes on foot. Fully equipped kitchen , large TV, fast wifi and a Chromecast. Bed linen is included. There is a travel cot for small children. You rent apartment 31 (out of a total of 3), located on the first floor. The apartment is approximately 120 square meters.

Slappna av i detta unika och mysiga boende. Varmt välkomna till "129":an . Vår gäststuga belägen precis vid havet, på avskild del av vår trädgård. Lungt, harmoniskt och fridfullt. Badmöjligheter finns. 2 km till Gränsö naturreservat med fina vandringsleder, 3 km till Västerviks centrum. 1 km till Ekhagens golfbana. Lämplig för två eller max tre personer. Går fint att lägga till med båt vid vår brygga om ni vill ta med båt. Väluppfostrade hundar välkomna, men önskar att de sover i egen bädd.

Nyrenoverat, centralt gårdshus precis vid vattnet med egen brygga. 25 kvm med 2 sängar, Extra madrass finns. Avskilt härligt soldäck med lounge möbler och grill. Huset har det nödvändigaste som enklare kök och nyrenoverat badrum i marmor. Det tar ca 5 min att gå till centrum och vägen dit är fantastikt utefter vattnet. I centrum finns många mysiga fik, restauranger och affärer. Ni som hyr gästhuset kan nyttja brygga precis utanför. Notera att hund finns på tomten. Cyklar finns att låna.

Cozy little cabin in the owner's yard. Shared bathroom/kitchen and private toilet/sink in the owner's house. The stuga is located along the forest side of the village and therefore fairly quiet. Parking is free next to the stuga. Family with 2 children (2 and 7) live in the main house, but are generally going to school and work all day long. Loftahammar is a very touristic place with various activities. Boat rental and bicycle rental is possible.
