We rent out our nice little cottage/lake cabin in Västervik during the summer months. The cottage is located 2 km from the city center and 50 m to the pier where you can take a morning swim. The cottage consists of large cottage with bedable corner sofa, TV and dining area, small kitchen, bedroom with 120 cm bed and a terrace under roof in southwest facing with a fantastic view of Gamlebyvik and in towards Västervik. There is a shower and toilet. The cottage is 40 sqm including terrace suitable for 2 adults and 1 child Barbecue is available. Bed linens , towels and cleaning not included

Perfect location for kayaking location for kayaking. Nice walking paths. About 6 km to the city center. City bus stop in direct vicinity. Close to Lysingsbadet with restaurants etc. About 9 km to Ekhagens Golf Course, about 1 hour drive to Astrid Lindgren's world. (The pool belongs to the large house, not available) The tenant is responsible for cleaning. Bed linen/towels can be rented for SEK 150/set.

To the center of Västervik it is about 2 km with beautiful walking/biking track along the sea. About 150 meters down to a sea bay with swimming and fishing possibilities. The home is fully equipped. Close to cettering places. You can enjoy the tranquility of our garden. If you don't want to clean up after yourself, we do it for an extra cost.

Unwind in this unique and cozy home. Warm welcome to "129". Our guest house located right by the ocean, on secluded part of our garden. Lung, harmonious, and peaceful. Swimming facilities are available. 2 km to Gränsö nature reserve with nice hiking trails, 3 km to Västervik center. 1 km to Ekhagen golf course. Suitable for two or max three persons. It is nice to add a boat at our dock if you want to bring a boat. Well behaved dogs welcome, but wish they sleep in their own bed.

Cozy little cabin in the owner's yard. Shared bathroom/kitchen and private toilet/sink in the owner's house. The stuga is located along the forest side of the village and therefore fairly quiet. Parking is free next to the stuga. Family with 2 children (2 and 7) live in the main house, but are generally going to school and work all day long. Loftahammar is a very touristic place with various activities. Boat rental and bicycle rental is possible.

Bernt was an amazing host and his apartment was newly renovated and very fresh. Very close to the beach and Bödagården that we visited often. Cozy sheep pasture across the road that we appreciated. The only drawbacks were probably the very run down apartment area as well as how responsive it was, especially when a toddler family lived above us. The road outside easily very much as it is high traffic during the summer. Made it not so cozy to sit outside and eat on the nice terrace, unfortunately. But the apartment itself was great and well stocked with EVERYTHING and then some that you could need on your vacation! Thank you so very very much, Bernt!

Super happy with our stay. The accommodation was child-friendly, well planned and well thought out. The hosts were helpful and nice. Walking distance to playground and max 10 minutes distance to Astrid Lindgren's World, which was our goal with the trip.

We had a fabulous stay with Patrik! Sadly we only had the late afternoon until the next morning, since we were just driving through but we would definitely stay again! Patrik has a dog himself and my pup had a friend while we stayed there! The little house has everything you need and if there is anything you need to ask, Patrik and his family are right next door! We had a great week walking with our kids in the footsteps of Astird Lindgreen. Bullerbü, Katthult, Vimmerby and Mariannelund were easily accessible. There is a nice swimming lake near the apartment. The food at Anki's cafe is highly recommended. We have experienced a lot and have recovered well at the same time thanks to the spacious apartment and the tranquility in Karlstorp. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage! The communication with the hosts was incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. The house was spotless and very well maintained, making us feel comfortable and at home right away. The view over the lake was absolutely breathtaking, and the level of privacy was exceptional — it felt like our own little paradise. One of the absolute highlights was the beautiful jetty right by the lake — the perfect spot for swimming, relaxing, and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. We’d definitely love to come back!

A lovely apartment in a quiet area, close to amenities and a short walk to the sea. An accurate listing which is easy to find with good private off road parking. The hosts are very friendly and respond quickly to messages, and the resident cat is a sweetheart. We had an amazing stay in Västervik and will be back!

Great, fresh and complete apartment with everything you need and then some! The place gets extra plus for the tasteful decor, that it was clean, fresh and smelled very good! Comfortable beds, large bathroom, well equipped kitchen! Jessica and Fredrik were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to our questions. Recomend!
