Vacation rentals with a patio in Vasilikos

This airbnb was perfect for me and my boyfriend! We fell in love with the views and the kitty’s that walk around and come say hi. If I ever return to Zakynthos I will book this Airbnb again

Das Apartment war sehr schön, genauso wie auf den Bildern. Man hat sich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Ich kann es nur jedem weiterempfehlen !! ps: Nikos bester Mann :)

We had a great stay! The hosts are super friendly and nice, the location and view (sunrise!) are perfect and the apartment is very nice and new. Check-in procedure and communication was very easy going and the apartment was cleaned every second day incl. fresh towels. Thank you very much!

Wir (ein Paar) hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Ivana & Dionisis. Das Apartment ist schön und hat eine tolle Terrasse mit Meerblick. Unweit des Apartments gibt es zahlreiche tolle Buchten/Strände. In der Taverne der Besitzer kann man gut essen. Die Besitzer servieren ihren eigenen Wein und eigenes Öl. Beides sehr gut! Ivana hat uns bestens versorgt und war sehr aufmerksam. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Nice apartment! Worth it

A wonderfull place with everything you need for a perfect holiday. A perfect host, the welcome is so nice you feel right at home. The rooms are big with lots of closet space. On thing do not eat at the snack academy

Le meilleur hébergement lors de notre périple de 4 semaines dans le Péloponnèse, avec un accueil chaleureux et personnalisé (ça change des boites à clés…). Disponibilité totale. Merci à Avva qui s’est occupé de notre linge (lavage et … séchage)..Merci à Mennelaos pour son aide au remplacement de notre roue crevée. Cerise sur le gâteau, la mer au pied du jardin, et le site d’Olympie à une trentaine de minutes en voiture. À réserver sans modération.

Siamo rimasti nell’appartamento una settimana e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Sia l’host che il padre Yiannis sono stati estremamente cordiali e disponibili! Sono state molto apprezzate le varie vivande che ci hanno lasciato per il nostro soggiorno (soprattutto acqua e uva!). La casa era esattamente come in foto e la posizione è comoda per raggiungere a piedi tutti i servizi e i punti di interesse della zona, in particolare la spiaggia vicina dove depongono le uova le tartarughe marine.

Pur essendo situato in un quartiere molto vivo di notte, l’appartamento non è disturbato da rumori vista la posizione riparata dalla via principale. La casa è semplicemente stupenda. C’è un giardino antistante alla veranda che rende tutto ancora più gradevole. L’host Dionisis è molto cordiale e gentile. Ci ha portato il pane fresco più di una volta oltre a prodotti del suo orto. Ci è stato permesso anche di posticipare il checkout di qualche ora, il che non è scontato. Un’esperienza che ripeteremmo molto volentieri. Super consigliato!

George did a great job with the communication. He responded very fast and helped out and went the extra mile. We really appreciate that! The place is a great spot to chill and relax with the pool and the Hot Tub. The Garden is huge, that was amazing for the dog and our son. The Place looks like at the pictures. We will come again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful villa. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and beautifully renovated—we immediately felt at home. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing. The villa managers and owner were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations and even assisted with bookings. They cleaned the pool, changed towels, and made the beds during our stay. We also received a lovely basket with snacks and fruit. Communication was quick and incredibly thoughtful, and they did everything to accommodate us, including offering early check-in. The only downside (at least during our stay) was some noise from the olive oil factory next door, due to trucks coming and going. It didn’t bother us much, but those looking for quiet should be aware. A car is definitely needed, as the location is remote, but it’s a great starting point for exploring the island. Overall, we highly recommend this place and truly appreciated the outstanding service.

Mein Freund und ich waren das erste Mal auf der Insel. Die Unterkunft war perfekt. Ruhig gelegen aber nicht abschüssig. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und haben Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt bekommen. Egal was man gebraucht hat, Paganitos hat sich gekümmert und war rund um die Uhr anzutreffen. Er war freundlich, herzlich und offen. Auch verliebt haben wir uns in die Katzen die uns frühs und abends besucht haben und Hunger hatten. Natürlich haben wir ihnen Futter und Wasser gegeben ;) Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und jedem diese Unterkunft ans Herz legen.

Amazing villa and Maria was lovely and so helpful. We were allowed to drop-off our bags due to our early flight time and Maria gave us lots of recommendations and helped us with taxis. The Villa itself was spotless and had everything we wanted. Would recommend having your own transport if you wish you see more of the island.

Quiet place, a few minutes walk to the town center. Good view of the Harbour. Leisure moments with facilities where we can dine and chat outside the house.

This little villa in the olive grove is perfect for a relaxing and decompressing holiday. The place is immaculate, with a lot of attention to detail, it's welcoming and homely. Will definitely go back!

Die Villa Vissala ist einfach atemberaubend! Wir hatten in all unseren bisherigen Familienurlauben ohne Übertreibung noch nie eine so bezaubernde und besondere Unterkunft. Sybille und Eckhard waren als Gastgeber unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Die Lage, Art und Ausstattung des Hauses ist vermutlich einzigartig. Vom riesigen Pool, den Terrassen unter Olivenbäumen und den Schlafzimmern aus hat man einen grandiosen Blick über die Insel, das Ionische Meer und das nördlich gelegene Kefalonia. Das allein ist für einen erholsamen Urlaub ausreichend & erfüllend. Im nördlichen Teil der Insel gelegen bietet das Haus aber außerdem die perfekte Lage, um die spektakulären Sehenswürdigkeiten von Zakynthos vom Land oder Wasser aus zu erreichen. Das Haus und der Garten ist sehr geräumig, sauber und liebevoll mit viel Stil und Geschmack eingerichtet - es fehlt an nichts. Alles ist lichtdurchflutet. Wir können die Villa Vissala nur empfehlen!

Apartment II is newly refurbished with obvious love to details and attention - it looks exactly like the pictures. It is located in an authentic area not far from the main road and therefore convenient to many surrounding destinations. Also the shared garden/patio and pool are welcoming (many amenities to entertain children) and accurately designed. Alex is a sweetheart: always available, proactive and receptive.happy to help always and to share his Island’s tips. His kindness helped me cope with my light sleep and the two lovely - although barking - dogs patrolling the residences from their kennel. Zakynthos is worth visiting and Alex is great at making anyone feel “an insider” to this Ionian gem.

Située en retrait du centre ville, mais en grande proximité, cette location est idéale pour profiter de Zakinthos. l'appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Rien à redire, adresse à retenir que nous recommandons pour 2 ou 3 personnes.

Appartamentino di recente ristrutturazione, molto carino, posto al secondo piano di una palazzina a 3 piani. Anche se a volte rumoroso per via della strada sottostante, c'è un balcone spazioso per prendere il caffè la mattina. Alexandra e Fotis molto cordiali e disponibili a dare suggerimenti sui posti più interessanti dell'isola. Molto utile il posto auto privato e al coperto. Posizione ottima, vicina al porto, stazione bus e strada principale di Zakynthos.

Het appartement ligt midden in de stad, er is veel te doen en op 3 minuten lopen is een heel leuk pleintje met genoeg restaurants. Het appartement heeft goede airco en goede bedden. We hebben echt heel erg genoten. Ook is er een wasmachine wat erg fijn is. Het balkon is heel groot en er is een mooie tafel buiten waar je met genoeg mensen aan kan zitten.

Great location conveniently located within walking distance of downtown. Property and amenities were as advertised, and apartment had a high-end feel. Very roomy bathroom and shower as well. Host was extremely responsive when a minor issue came up, which was solved immediately. Two things to be aware of: the spiral staircase leading to the upstairs bedroom and balcony was tight and may not be ideal for someone with limited mobility; and the mattresses were extremely firm. Overall, a great experience. Thanks very much!

Το σπίτι ήταν καθαρό και ακριβώς όπως φαίνεται η οικοδέσποινα πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετική και πρόθυμη να μας βρει και κρουαζιέρες για να δούμε το νησί. Μας άφησε να μείνουμε περισσότερη ώρα καθώς δεν είχε κράτηση την ημέρα που θα αποχωρούσαμε οπότε μας έκανε το πρόγραμμα ευέλικτο. Μας είχε καλοσωρισματα καφέδες και πρωινά που δεν υπήρχαν στις παροχές ήταν πρόθυμη να μας απαντήσει σε ότι τη ρωτήσαμε. Επίσης μας είχε αφρόλουτρα και μάσκες μαλλιών και στα δύο μπάνια. Το μόνο που θα ήθελα ήταν να λειτουργεί λίγο καλύτερα το ένα ερκοντισιον από τα τρία γιατί δεν έβγαζε πολύ κρύο αέρα ωστόσο καλυφθήκαμε από τα δύο αλλά ερκοντισιον του σπιτιού

Schöner kann man sich eine Unterkunft gar nicht vorstellen. Die beiden sind zauberhaft, flexibel, so gastfreundlich, erfüllen einem jeden Wunsch und sind jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die traumhafte Zeit auf der bezaubernden Insel!!

The house was perfect!Very clean and cosy,the hosts were the nicest people ever and they helped us with everything. Its location requires a car to visit the nearby beaches and the neighbourhood is quite and away from the city's noise.I highly recommend this place to everyone that visits Zakinthos!
