Blooms of Sivota Bay is a complex of three newly built villas (June 2021) in Sivota, Lefkada. Each villa offers the experience of combining a construction with the most modern and best quality materials and an unsurpassed breathtaking view. Villas have two master bedrooms with private bathroom, a private heated pool facing the endless blue of the Ionian Sea, a fully equipped kitchen, bbq, free wifi and all the amenities in order to satisfy even the most demanding travelers.

The villa has its own private access road with gate. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and dining room table for 8 people, living room with fireplace and guest toilet. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath. Via a staircase upstairs you reach the other 2 bedrooms; each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Each bedroom has a private terrace with a seat. Halfway through the week, the villa is cleaned and bedding changed.

Villa Gyri is a brand new construction of 50sqm and it is comprised of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area, leading directly to the outdoor area where our guests will find a swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a barbeque area, an outdoor dining table, and sunbeds for lounging. This villa accommodates 2 adults and also 2 children as there is a sofa which can convert into a bed which sleeps 2. In the living room there is a 43' smart TV.
