Vacation rentals with beach access in Vasiliki

We had an amazing stay at Katerina’s place! She is a very nice person, waited for us to show the apartment (she lives in the same building), gave us fruits and bikes to use and presented us to her very nice husband. Furthermore, the apartment is very nice and calm, with a great kitchen. Close to the apartment there is the beautiful beach of Kariotes and Lefkada is just a 15 minutes bus ride away. Thank you so much for everything, Katerina!

Very clean apartment, with all the necessary amenities, gorgeous view, small private beach in front, shops in the vicinity, the host although we only saw each other once we had a very good communication, I recommend with pleasure! I will definitely come back to this special place!

We were here for the second time. Once again, everything was perfect. I fell in love with the cats from there. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The place is truly beautiful and it was clean ! We can’t wait to return.

We had a really great week at Nektarios’ place! It’s a really peaceful spot with a beautiful view of the bay, and some lovely taverna’s aswell as the beach within 5 minutes walk. It was a convenient base for exploring Lefkada although a car is an essential. Nektarios was a super helpful and friendly host, and would definitely recommend staying here. We’re already thinking about a return trip to Lefkada!

The hosts were very friendly, the accommodation very clean, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom a good standard with a nice shower. The balcony faces the busy road but we knew the area quite well so we knew we were close to great beaches. There is a bakery across the road, and The street food cafe a few doors up, you might want to get your taxi to drop you off there as it’s easy to find on the main road and only a few doors more to get to K&A Studios where the hosts will be waiting for you.

Extremely good value and very close to the village via a small walk along the beach and the road. Vasiliki was an excellent host thoroughly recommend!

Great location, you cross the road and find the beach. The road is not very busy but it probably depends on the period. The apartment is complete with everything you need. The furniture is thoughtfully designed.

Aspasia’s place was everything we wanted and more! It was right across from the beach and also 5 minutes walk to a secret AMAZING beach with no crowds. Both have crystal clear turquoise water! There were many Tavern’s right next door and we were only a few minutes by car from Lefkada Town (for even more options). Room was perfect, spacious bathroom, kitchenette as well! AC worked well and the black out curtains were a huge plus. What made everything even better was Aspasia’s amazing hospitality. She is an absolute sweetheart who really cares about you having a good time. She made sure we were doing well and that we had everything we could possibly need. She made so many great recommendations to us and each one was fantastic! Listen to her recommendations and you will be happy you did! Without her wealth of knowledge we would have missed out on so many incredible experiences! I can’t wait to return with more friends next time!

An Idylic, beautiful and ideal place to unwind. To get to the town or around the island, a car is important. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are within reasonable distance but in hot weather a/c in the vehicle is very useful. Marina and her husband are kind and helpful and maintain a serene haven with fair applied rules for the pool and rooms. A perfect base for exploring the island. In all, it would have been the perfect holiday for me, a septuagenarian, solo traveller, and if it wasn't for the problem at the beginning with the double booked room, for which Marina apologised profusely, it would have been perfect. I will still go back again but I will check with Marina that my room is available next time.

I more than recommend the place. It’s like a small part of heaven and everything was perfect. The house, the garden, mister Eftichios who offered us a warm welcome, good communication, olive oil, fresh strawberries, eggs from his chicken and the company of his lovely dog Yanis who made us a bit sad because we left. Thank you for everything ☺️

Thoroughly recommend Kate's home for a relaxing and peaceful stay in nature. It was a really lovely authentic experience with the friendly family feeding the animals and beautiful walks to the beach. The home had everything needed for some self catering and was also very close to Lefkada for easy trips into town to try out restaurants. The rooms were very comfortable and well apportioned and the outdoor shower was very helpful for washing beach things. We struggled to find it due to local road closures but the map and recommendations Kate provided really helped us make the most of our stay! Book it if you love nature, being away from the crowds but close to the town for everything you need.

I read a previous review that mentioned the word soul and indeed this place has soul. It is an old family holiday home built in the sixties on a large parcel of land right on the water surrounded by shade giving trees. Down a few steps to a private swimming spot is perfect. If you want a modern facility forget it but if you’re after an authentic, private and relaxing place this is it, an oasis away from the chaos of Nydri and surrounds. We enjoyed a week here and didn’t want to leave. The well appointed kitchen meant we could cook for ourselves each day. We left relaxed and refreshed. Caterina is an excellent host, very helpful and communicative. Many thanks.

A really lovely few days at this beautiful place. Everything has been well conceived & makes it so easy to relax. Top quality bed & bed linen & real attention to detail. Thank you for lovely welcome basket of goodies too ! The private garden seating area is a real plus. 2 minutes walk into Stavros. Just great - highly recommend.

We spend a fantastic week at Katerina's place. Her mother (who lives close by) welcomed us, make sure we had all that we needed, and showed us every possible kindness during our stay - an absolute star! We hired a boat for the week (Katerina had kindly given us a recommendation for boat hire) which we were able to keep alongside the quay in the front of the house, so everyday we simply had to open the door and jump in to start exploring the islands, go snorkelling and enjoy great food in all the local tavernas (Dimitris Taverna next to the house is fantastic). 5 stares all round - thank you very much for making our stay so special!

We had a beautiful time at Aimili's place. The setting is beautiful and very relaxed. 15-20 minutes drive to the beach. Aimili even brought some delicious food she had cooked on a night when we were stuck inside due to rain.

It was great. The place and location of the home are perfect. The host is immediately available for anything we need. Very friendly and warm climate. I highly recommend it!

The host is very helpful, everything we needed was brought to us right away. Clear instructions for everything. On our second stay he fixed some things I had pointed out and made the apartment even more upgraded. Very clean and tidy with all amenities inside! I recommend it to other guests! Thanks!!

Upon arrival we were greeted by Athanasios's wife with kindness and availability. He immediately offered us a welcome Greek coffee accompanied by delicious homemade cookies. Genuine and reserved environment for those like us who wanted tranquility and relaxation. The property was as described in the listing with easy parking and without any impediment. To conclude the evening before departure during the greetings, we were given an unexpected present that made our stay also on the final truly wonderful. The apartment had all the comforts and was clean and tidy. I highly recommend this host to anyone who wants to visit the island of Lefkada.

Really nice place to stay

A peaceful place to stay and enjoy your vacations, with a lot of things to do in the surrounding area.

We had a great holiday during our stay. The studio rental is one of the best we've visited, spotless, fully equipped and thoughtful in all the details for an excellent stay. It is located right in front of a perfect sea which allows us to take a dip and return to the beautiful balcony. We were also very happy to meet Mr. Panayiotis. It is certain that in our next stay in Lefkada we will stay again in the same place.

This was a nice place to stay for our family vacation. Clean, with comfortable beds and easy parking. The only downside is the street noise, we could not keep the windows open at night, so think twice if you are sensitive to noise as it takes some time getting used to it. Otherwise, our host Ellie was very friendly and helpful. The location is close to Nikiana's beaches, easy to walk around or drive to other beaches around Lefkada.

We loved our stay at Eri’s ! From the moment we made contact with her to our arrival we felt welcomed and that we could communicate easily with Eri. Having a friendly helpful host has been wonderful and made our stay really easy and relaxing ! Thanks Eri and Kiki ! The view from Our balcony is so serene - great tavernas and shops so close too The sun beds umbrellas and Kayak added you our holiday. It’s such a beautiful friendly place we would love to return !
