Underfloor heating and fireplace heat in winter. Preparing food with an Airfryer, in the microwave, or on the patio using a gas grill. Drinking water can be obtained directly from the kitchen faucet. Guests have access to the entire cabin, which includes sleeping accommodations for two, a sauna, a toilet, and a small kitchen. An air source heat pump ensures the right indoor temperature. 13 km to the center. 8 km to grocery stores.

Rantamökki

Beautiful sauna cabin (floor area approx. 39 square meters) on the shore of the clear water of Valkealampi! It sleeps four people. The cottage has a sandy beach, in winter an ice hole. You can ice fish or fish in the summer. You can jump into the water from the lovely steam of the wood sauna. Relax in the tranquility of nature. Nearby you will find, among other things, Kontiolahti's ski slopes and trails, biathlon stadium, Paihola's frisbee golf course, summer café (about 6 km), Pielisjoki and Joensuu (21 km) and Koli National Park (about 54 km) services and activities!

Fall in love with the stunning scenery surrounding this place. The villa is located on the shore of Sirkkalampi by the beautiful clear water. It is located about 17 km from the city center. The cottage has running cold and hot water. The water is drinkable. Also an indoor toilet and shower. Wooden sauna with a beautiful view of the pond. There are kitchen appliances such as a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, water and coffee maker. There is also a washing machine. The sunlight comes to the cottage all day long.

Villa Myyry villa on the shore of Pielisjoki

Villa Myyry is a cozy and well-equipped villa on the shores of Lake Pielisjoki in the village of Paihola, Kontiolahti. The villa has 77 m downstairs and a large loft. The location is in a quiet rural environment.  The driveway is right up to the door and there is plenty of parking space in the yard. Allergy-friendly, pets are prohibited. You can access the cycling trail directly from the yard or go snowshoeing on the ice of Pielisjoki. The ski resort Kontiolahti Biathlon is about 10 km away. The landlord lives next door.

Home from the last millennium

Stay in the middle of Kitee, on the corner of the square, all services are within walking distance. The house is from the 50s and the decor is from the 90s. Bedroom with double bed and living room with two 80 cm beds. Extra bed option for two with 10cm mattresses. The kitchen is retro with modern appliances, however. Toilet small but clean and tidy. The shower facilities are downstairs, shared with another apartment, lockable door. Marimekko's cotton bed linen and towels are washed with unscented detergent and ironed.

Welcome to a clean, well-maintained two-room apartment! You'll have the entire apartment (37 m²) to yourself. Free parking with a heating pole in the yard, which is rare for a car in this area. In the apartment, you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. The property has a well-equipped kitchen. You can quickly reach the city center via the Ylisoutaja bridge, for example, by using the bicycles included in the rent. The apartment has an air heat pump, so the nights are cool even in summer. Parties are not allowed.

Siisti 21m² yksiö sijaitsee puiston reunalla rauhallisella Niinivaaran omakotitaloalueella. Rakennus sijaitsee samalla tontilla omakotitalon kanssa kuitenkin täysin erillään ja omalla sisäänkäynnillä. Läheltä löytyvät: sairaalan palvelut 1,4km, S-market (auki 24/7) 700m, apteekki, ravintoloita sekä hiihtoladut/lenkkipolut alkavat takapihalta. Vieraalla on käytettävissä kaksi polkupyörää. There are excellent fishing opportunities in the lake. Plus, the property is perfect for working remotely! Lahti beach is shallow and great for children. Use a rowing boat and a paddleboard. Available for rent for fishing with a motor boat. Bring your own linens and towels.

Villa LHJ Heinämäki

Villa was build 1999-2000 as a second home from the family with basic facilities criteria for everyday living. Basic principle was to have a place to calm down but also a house for remote work in home village. Place is pretty nice on top of the hill, scenery is wide almost all over ... tens of kilometers. Style is rustic with a light twist of retro functionalism. Now we have moved 200m, on the opposite side of the road, and we offer Villa for our quest. Your sincerely Leena & Juha

Welcome to a unique boat house by a clear water lake! The boat house is equipped with modern appliances. Long deck by the water, summer kitchen, balcony on top of water, rowing boat, wood-fired sauna - all this is waiting for you in Ukonniemi. Boat house is excellent for remote work too as it is equipped so that all you need to bring along is your laptop. We are located on a northern Ukonniemi vineyard. You can explore nature and lake Pyhäjärvi during your stay!

Lovely place with a fireplace

Enjoy the steam of a beach sauna in this modernly equipped cottage with the atmosphere of a traditional beach sauna. The cottage is just a few steps from the shore of a clear-water pond. From the dock you can swim after the sauna or try your luck at fishing. About 200 meters away, there are hiking trails and ski trails in winter. Lykynlammi's outdoor area with a frisbee golf course is about three kilometers away.
