A short walk from the house, the nature reserve is the winter forest with a lighted exercise loop, outdoor gym, hiking trails and a cozy swimming area. Lake Uttran is an oblong lake that in the summer invites to swimming, fishing or maybe just a cozy boat trip. In winter, you can take some periods for a walk, skate on the ice or why not a refreshed bath in an ice weak.

This nice tiny house is 4 meters from the lake with its own jetty ,rowing boat and Canoe The house has a bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, micro convection oven, etc. Bathroom with shower & washing machine.In living room there is sofa and TV . Gas grill and porch with roof next to the house . It takes about 15 minutes to Tumba train station. 10 minutes to the nearest shop. 15 minutes to Botkyrka Golf club . A dream place .

This little cottage (stuga) is next to our main house close to the center of Södertälje. It is built 1847 but with modern facilities. There is only one room, it has a sofa bed and a simple extra bed. There is central heating + a heater. The kitchen includes a microwave, a small stove and fridge/freezer. You have your independence, but we are at hand if you should need anything. In the summer you can sit out in the garden and enjoy the sun.
