Villa Östervik is located on the outskirts of Kristinehamn on the road to Karlstad. Large social areas both inside (250 m2) and large terrace (200 m2) The house has three floors Level 1: hall, living room, bedroom, toilet and kitchen Level 2: office/work area, and three bedrooms and bathroom with shower. The basement has a laundry room. The large fantastic kitchen is 50 sqm with a large table with room for 8 people. Large south-facing terrace with pool, Jacuzzi with sauna and shower and outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and barbecue overlooking Lake Vänern.

The staff residence at Storön Gården

On Storön, you can experience tranquility, far away from the city but close to nature. Storön is a car-free island with no land connection. Here you will find Lake Vänern, which offers fantastic sunsets and swimming from both cliffs and sandy beaches. We also have a fantastic forest that offers a rich plant and animal life with both gravel road and animal trails. In winter, there are nice ice rinks for long-distance skating. The staff residence is located on a farm and every day there is the opportunity to come along and feed the animals.

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open from May until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Dream house near the lake with its own Jacuzzi

This newly built unique home, my home, is in the heart of Värmland. Stunning views of Lake Glafsfjorden with sunsets that are irresistibly beautiful. Large wooden deck with its own Jacuzzi. Just a few hundred meters to the lake. There are cows and calves in the pasture that you have to walk through to get down to the lake. There is a new, nice rowboat that can be used freely. The beach is rocky. Great fishing.
