Basement has laundry room. The large fantastic kitchen is 50 sqm with large table seating 8 people. Här har Ni tillgång till ett spabad, en uteplats att grilla på, ett stort sovrum inomhus och en nybyggd gäststuga med två bäddsoffor. Laddbox till elbilar finns att tillgå. Läget är optimalt om Ni behöver komma bort från storstadens stress och bara få njuta av lugnet. Koppla av i spabadet, ta långa promenader, elda i kaminen, och låt själen få ro.

Welcome to our cozy cabin! Nestled by the edge of a peaceful pool, you'll find a hot tub that comfortably accommodates up to five people, offering a stunning panoramic view of the lake. The jacuzzi and sauna is available year-round. The swimming pool is open until 6th of October, perfect for cooling off during warmer months. We also provide two paddleboards. Nature is just outside your door and in the evening you will watch the sun set over the lake. We look forward to welcoming you!

Here you live with the silence in the middle of nature, right by a lake but with all the amenities you might need. In the surrounding area there are several lakes and nice fishing waters, the opportunity to pick berries and mushrooms, hike or why not take a trip up to "Rännbergs Toppen" (hiking trail up to a nearby mountain peak)

Welcome to the villa in Östanbjörke with a beautiful view of the bird lake Björken! The 79 m2 house has been renovated to a luxurious modern standard. There are two bedrooms, suitable for 4 guests. You can admire the view from the dining area or enjoy the sunny veranda. In the area you can go hiking, swimming, fishing and canoeing and afterwards relax in the swimming pool or sauna. The house is fully available to the tenant and if you need anything, we live nearby.

The lake, Västra Silen, is located for swimming and fish interested about 2.5 km. 10 min walk to Centrum, 15 mins to Sweden's most beautiful racetrack, Årjängs busy track. 120 km to Oslo, 100 km to Karlstad, good bus connections to both destinations.
