The house is private and is spread over two floors connected by a spiral staircase. The dining table seats up to eight people, and the 50” Smart TV with Netflix included makes even the quietest evenings enjoyable. The real “wow effect” comes when you open the French door: from the living room and from one of the double bedrooms, you can step out onto the sea-view terrace, furnished to be enjoyed from morning to evening, with a dining table, comfortable chairs, an outdoor sofa, and sun loungers with premium mattresses. From here, you can then walk directly down to the sand, where the property provides an umbrella and two additional sun loungers for your use. The house has three bedrooms: two double bedrooms and one room with two single beds that can be joined together, perfect for children or friends. With mattress toppers, memory foam pillows, armchairs, mirrors, and wardrobes, you’ll have everything you need to relax after long days by the sea. Bed linen and towels are included in your stay, so you can travel light and find everything ready upon arrival. Two baby cots are also available in the bedrooms upon request. The two recently renovated bathrooms with windows are decorated with beautiful colorful majolica tiles: one very spacious bathroom on the lower floor with a separate shower and bathtub, and the other on the upper floor with a bathtub. Both are complete with sanitary fixtures, LED mirrors, hairdryers, and complimentary toiletries. The kitchen, convenient even for longer stays, is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and accessories. The experience is completed by ultra-fast fiber Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room, independent heating, typical Ligurian vaulted ceilings, and high-quality linen. The outdoor patio next to the kitchen is also available and can be used as storage for bicycles or similar items.

Lucinasco is an idyllically located mountain village in Liguria. Even the journey through lush olive groves is a great pleasure. The production of olive oil shapes the entire village life. A small lake is located at the exit of the village. Hanging weeping willows surround the shore and an old chapel from the Middle Ages completes the picture well. From Casa Vittoria you have a beautiful view over the olive groves to the Cathedral of Santa Maddalena and the sea. A walk there is always worth it.
