Nestled in the heart of the Cotentin marshes in the hamlet of Montessy, this former farmhouse was renovated in 2011. It has a pleasant and cozy comfort with recent amenities. A 10 m x 4 m pool built in 2023, indoor or outdoor, heated, is available from early April to mid-November. The apartment is situated on the ground floor ,in a quiet street just off the town center of the port town of Portbail on the Cotentin Peninsula. It is a 1 minute walk to shops, restaurants and bars and the weekly market. just a throw away from the 13th arches bridge. Make sure you go and see the sun set on the harbour , use the public picnic tables overlooking the bay. Wifi - Sheets are provided but not towels
