María una gran anfitriona. nos recibió antes de la hora de check in. Nos proporciono información útil del departamento y del lugar. El dpto súper bien ubicado, cómodo, espacioso, super limpio y luminoso. realmente lo recomendaría y volvería allí.

Andrea è un super host, accogliente simpatico e alla mano. stra consiglio una permanenza da lui, persona affidabile e gentile. ci torneremo sicuramente!

L'appartamento è in pieno centro storico a 5 minuti da un comodo parcheggio. Gli interni corrispondono a foto e descrizioni, lo stato di conservazione è ottimo e Luigi un host reattivo e cordiale. Consigliamo sicuramente la soluzione.

I had a great stay. The apartment was very well located, modern, well equipped and clean. Emannuela was very responsive and helpful. nice little touches like the bag of focaccia left for my enjoyment.

We hebben erg genoten van het verblijf. Het ligt erg centraal en alles is goed te belopen. Daarnaast is Lucas een fijne host die meedenkt.

The best place to stay in Piedmont region. The best home and hospitality of any home we have stayed at with or without AirBnB. It was more than we could have wished for; clean, modern in a historic region, peaceful, beautiful, many tables to dine at, chairs and lounges to relax in, both poolside and other gorgeous areas on the property. It was too hood to be true- can’t recommend more highly Valentina and David’s and paradise they have built. Pictures did not nearly do it justice,perfect peaceful and easy location to visit every town in Piedmont. Hosts are the best, even leaving us fresh cousins in the morning. We did not want to leave any days to go elsewhere, but it was so government to Alba, Barolo, La Morra and the village of Novello, too. Amazing restaurants, wineries, hospitality, historical villages and UNESCO sites within minutes. We were very sad to leave the home, our favorite of more than twenty other stays, and our new favorite Italian family. We plan to return for longer

Sonia‘s place was very close to center and good restaurants. The parking inside the building and with option to charge your Electric auto is also available. We loved our stay at this place and highly recommend.

Beautiful and clean. The spiral stairs will pose a problem if you have any knee or hip problems. Able to access the Laundry without a problem. Host gave us suggestions for activities.

Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft auf den Hügeln am Rand von Genua. Der Blick hinunter Richtung Meer ist wunderbar und der tolle Garten mit Meerblick lädt zum Verweilen ein. In der Unterkunft ist alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner ist vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen, jedoch muss man immer mindestens 30-45 Minuten mit dem Bus fahren, um Genua zu erreichen. Geschäfte sind ebenfalls ein Stück entfernt. Alles in allem empfehlen wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter.

Io, mio marito e la nostra cagnolona Gina abbiamo trascorso in questo luogo magico i giorni tra Natale e Capodanno. Immersi nel silenzio della natura, abbiamo vissuto in totale relax 5 giorni tra passeggiate Gina, letture ed escursioni nei paesi vicini dove abbiamo trovato ristoranti buonissimi. La casa è bellissima, più bella ancora che in foto. Luminosissima, calda e dotata di ogni comfort. Jessica si è resa da subito disponibile per ogni necessità. Non ce n'è stato bisogno perchè la sua casa ha tutte le carte in regola per essere un piccolo angolo di paradiso! Siamo partiti, col desiderio di tornare al più presto.

Umberto hat uns freundlich empfangen und war für Fragen jederzeit offen und erreichbar. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen und man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf Imperia und den Hafen. Auch die Größe des Grundstücks ist mehr als ausreichend, vor allem für Hunde zu empfehlen. Alles in allem hat es und super gefallen. Der wirklich einzige Minuspunkt sind die Betten, die unserer Meinung nach leider nicht für jemand mit empfindlichem Rücken geeignet sind. Ansonste klare Weiterempfehlung :)

Carinissima casa che si affaccia sulle bellissime colline del Monferrato; corrisponde esattamente alle foto, è molto pulito e offre tantissimi servizi (lavatrice e lavastoviglie, in cucina presente tutto l'essenziale per cucinare -e anche di più, tra cui fruste elettriche e frullatore a immersione!- condimenti e spezie varie, pentolame vario, coltelli e taglieri, macchinetta caffè nespresso, bollitore e montalatte, e tutto il necessario per pulire la casa -più ferro da stiro con asse e stendino per i panni-). La strada per accedervi è leggermente tortuosa ma andando piano ci si arriva senza problemi e gli host sono stati super reattivi ai messaggi; gentili e molto disponibili ma non invadenti. Se siete fan dei gatti è il posto per voi perchè girano 4 palle di pelo dolcissime che adorano le coccole! Ci tornerei più che volentieri per un'altra fuga nel weekend. Consigliato!

This accommodation exceeded our expectations in every aspect! The house spans two floors, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. The kitchen is equipped with every imaginable appliance and utensil, making cooking an absolute pleasure. The bathroom was spotless and so comfortable that we felt right at home. However, the true highlight is the location and the breathtaking view from the house. Overlooking the sea with stunning sunsets, it genuinely felt like paradise. The setting is perfect for exploring Genoa while staying away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A short walk from the house leads to a bus stop with a very reliable bus service that took us directly to the city center. Overall, it was a truly wonderful stay and we thank Carlo for his exceptional hospitality. Communication was smooth and quick, and we’re so grateful to have discovered this hidden gem. Highly recommended!

Stefano’s La Morra Suite is a lovely, lovely apartment to relax in the Langhe area. Beautiful views, and close drive to many wonderful wineries, and right on a number of walking routes around the area. The apartment itself was exactly as pictured, spacious, and clean. Thank you!

Il posto è semplicemente incantevole, un'oasi di tranquillità tra cielo e mare. Mi sono sentita a casa lontano da casa. La casa è accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort. L'ambiente è pulito, confortevole e curato nei minimi dettagli. L'host è stata davvero premurosa e sempre disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Torneremo sicuramente! We (5 women) felt very confortable in this cosy flat. The view over Genua was stunning and you can reach the harbour as well as restaurants etc very quickly. Elena was really nice and helpful. Thank you!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Giuseppe et Valeria . Le logement est très agréable avec sa grande terrasse au cœur du vieux Gênes. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et bien équipée . Giuseppe est très disponible pour conseiller les vacanciers et en cas de soucis . Vraiment parfait . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir 😍

The apartment was well appointed and Maura was extremely friendly and welcoming.

Silvia is a wonderful host and personally greeted us upon arrival. Communication was excellent and information about the apartment and appliances was thorough and easy to understand. A booklet with great recommendations is provided along with info about various tours, etc. The apartment is truly stunning and blends historic details with contemporary furnishings in a very sophisticated way. The five large "porte-fenêtre" create an indoor/outdoor feeling. The location is on an important and characteristic narrow street in the historic center of wonderful Genoa. Everything you need is within walking distance. You’ll experience the sights and sounds of daily life in the city. Silvia has thought of and provided everything you will need for a first class stay: excellent wifi/thorough appliance instructions/well appointed kitchen/Nespresso/comfortable bed/nice linens/large TV/keyless entry/art books about Genoa/welcome bottles of water and snacks. Alloggio impeccabile, bagno pulitissimo e letto comodo. La zona è molto tranquilla, con ampio parcheggio e abbastanza vicina al centro. Esperienza molto positiva con tutti i confort. Zharko è stato gentile, disponibile e ci ha accolto con professionalità.

L’alloggio rispecchia pienamente la descrizione. L’appartamento è pulito e molto ampio, specialmente le camere da letto. La posizione è ottima , a cinque minuti a piedi dal centro. Il parcheggio incluso è sicuramente un plus. Se dovesse ricapitare di visitare ancora Alba sappiamo già dove tornare!
