Great little place but don’t expect to be able to get any form of internet in this little location unless you roam. The place was great otherwise

Excelente lugar para descansar, los anfitriones están al pendiente todo el tiempo y el lugar tiene todas las comodidades! La terraza está increíble y el desayuno vale mucho la pena!

Ficamos encantados com nossa estadia! A casa é extremamente bem localizada, à beira do rio, o que traz uma atmosfera tranquila e charmosa. Além disso, há varias opções de restaurantes a poucos passos, o que facilitou muito! A anfitriã Claudia foi excepcional, super atenciosa e gentil, sempre disponivel para dar dicas valiosas sobre a cidade e passeios próximos! O único contratempo que tivemos foi a falta de energia elétrica que ocorria na cidade, o que fez com que dormissemos sem ar condicionado num calor forte, mas isso não tem qualquer relação com a casa em si. No geral foi tudo incrível, definitivamente recomendamos a cidade de Matanzas e a Casa Luna!

Definitely liked the place. Perfectly ventilated, even with AC off - windows make wind! Also the best terrace ever! The best location in whole Matanzas! A bit noisy during Saturdays. If your stay is during Mon-Fri, you will be fine. Bathrooms are good with soap, shampoo, etc. The most confortable matress in Cuba so far - been in 5 other BNB's in Cuba and this one was the best! Perfect even! Hint: Make sure to ping Claudia in Whatsap before you arrive in Cuba. May orientate you well. Speaks good English also. Thanks for everything, and I would visit your BNB again!

David and Yinet are amazing hosts! They made my arrival in Cuba so easy and treated me like family. 100% recommend. Yinet is also an excellent cook, I highly recommend ordering breakfast and dinner at the Casa. Gracias y feliz Año Nuevo!

i liked the time I spent in Matanzas at Angel's place very much. Angel was great and really helpfull in everything. Gave me a lot of tips. Hope I will come back soon. Thank you Angel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an incredible Casa Luna and Rio in Matanzas, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the perfect location, which is just a short drive from the stunning beaches of Varadero. It’s ideal for beach lovers, and culture seekers, like myself, allowing easy access to sun-soaked sands and crystal-clear waters and a history like no other on the island. The space was beautifully updated, with a modern kitchen and bathrooms that made my stay extremely comfortable. Cooking was a delight in the sleek kitchen, fully equipped with everything I needed. The bathrooms were stylish and clean, enhancing the overall experience. One of the highlights of Matanzas is its vibrant art community. I loved exploring the local galleries and studios, which are brimming with creativity and talent. Claudia was an AMAZING host and she added to our stay with heart, translation and support. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.

Obel y su esposa fueron muy atentos y amables. Su espacio es bien limpio, cómodo y muy acogedor. Al aire libre hay bbq, sillas, ducha y mesa para comer. La playa esta a dos cuadras y tiene muchos restaurantes cerca. Nos prestó sus bicicletas y pudimos recorrer las calles de Varadero. Recomendación: No rentes el mismo día (la comunicación en cuba hace que los mensajes o la reserva no se reflejen al momento) . Agradecida con sus atenciones. Esperamos regresar. ♥️

Odalys went over and beyond while hosting us for the portion of our first trip to Cuba that we stayed at her home. We were a little lost at first and she went out of her way to find us and help us to the house. The place was exceptionally clean and she had water for a good price and coffee etc. House super central to beach and restaurants. Recommended good places to eat and assisted us with everything right away. Would stay again and would recommend

Logement idéalement situé, face à la mer, pour ceux qui ne souhaitent pas séjourner à Varadero. Le site de snorkelling de playa Coral est tout proche. Un très bon restaurant à 50 m du logement. Hôte accueillant et bon petit déjeuner.

Nous avons réservé cette casa peu de temps avant: Yaite et Lazaro se sont montrés très gentils malgré notre arrivée un peu contrariée (nous ne trouvions pas la casa, faute de leur avoir fait préciser l'adresse exacte!) . La chambre, située à l'étage est très spacieuse et lumineuse; tout le confort et les attentions pour faire de votre séjour une réussite sont là (mini mar, TV, clim et même la possibilité de se faire des cafés!) ; les lits sont à ressort, comme beaucoup à Cuba, mais ce n'est pas bien grave tant le lieu est sympathique et les hôtes vraiment charmants et à l'écoute. A recommander d'autant que le tarif est vraiment très abordable.

Increíble! Cumplió mis expectativas y las de mi familia. La casa espectacular, una vista maravillosa , con magnificas condiciones. La casa muy limpia y comportable. Mucha privacidad y el Señor Alfonso siempre a la orden. La verdad me sentí como en casa. El barrio muy tranquilo, muy buena comida cerca y con servicio a domicilio. Altamente recomendable, regresaría sin pensarlo!!!

房东是两位很和蔼的老人，还养了一只可爱的猫，房子就在第一大道边上，在整个岛靠近中间的地方，特别方便，房子很大很整洁，基本配备所有需要的物品。我的小狗也受到了欢迎。非常推荐家庭旅行入住。

Evde yardımcılar bulunmaktaydı. Omar ve eşi bizlerin rahat bir tatil geçirmesi için ellerinden gelen tüm imkanları sundular. Sıcak kanlı, yardımseverler. Ev gayet düzenli ve temiz. Denize sıfır harika manzara ve konumda. Omar bir balıkçı. Tuttuğu balıklardan ikramda bulunabiliyor. Varedero da meydana gelen elektrik.kesintilerine karşılık jeneratör ile çözüm bulmuşlar.

We had a great time at Julie’s place. Her home is very comfortable and very well equipped. The beach is a two minute walk away, I would definitely recommend this place.
