Studio at the foot of the ramparts and the port. Ideal base for discovering Vannes, its intramural area and the Gulf of Morbihan. You will have everything nearby: the city center and its market (Wednesday and Saturday), restaurants, shops, bars... all while being in the quiet of a small condominium with character and exposed beams. The 18 m2 studio is fully equipped and newly renovated. The single sofa bench turns into a double bed. WiFi No smoking allowed

Grand T1-bis avec mezzanine avec vue unique sur une partie non touristique et très calme des remparts de la ville. Il peut accueillir 2 personnes. Vous serez idéalement situé dans l’hyper centre-ville de Vannes à moins de 5 minutes des toutes les attractions de la ville et 10 minutes de la gare. Tout se fait à pied rapidement et simplement. Le linge de maison (draps, serviettes, tapis de bain, torchons) sont FOURNIS ET INCLUS dans les frais de ménage.

An elegant and fully equipped accommodation in the historic center of Vannes to immerse you in medieval times and discover the history of one of the lungs of Brittany:-) We completely renovated it. The furniture has a very pleasant baroque side, the parquet floor accentuates the warmth of the place. Exceptional location for this modern and bright studio with its 2 large bay windows. For your comfort, the accommodation is equipped with a real 140 x 200 cm bed You will enjoy all the entertainment and tourist places on foot (market, shops, fish markets, old Vannes, Rabine promenade on the harbor, Place Gambetta terraces, Rabine stadium) You are close to the pier for the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan. The tourist office is 100 meters away.

Beautiful start for your walks in the intramural, the Rabine and up to the Conleau peninsula. All at the exit of the building, whose full west exposure ensures sun until the end of the day. A private and secure room allows you to park 2 bikes on the ground floor.

In July and August, renting only from Saturday to Saturday. Apartment of 35 m2 on the ground floor, oriented East, very quiet in a secure residence 2 minutes walk from the port and 5 minutes from the city center. Private parking space. Linens provided. Check-in: welcome from 5:30 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday/ flexible on other days. As we do not live on site, we will offer you self check-in.
