Vannes at 5 min, the Presqu'ile de Rhuys and the Gulf of Morbihan at 15 min, Rochefort en terre at 30 min and Quiberon at 45 min. The living space is composed of a sofa as well as a dining table that can accommodate 10 people. 4 bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom. A 50m2 terrace with garden furniture and a 200m2 garden.
