This very old & traditional Morvan building offers you all the comforts of its 122 m² (1,313 sq. ft.) of living space, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 toilets. A fully enclosed garden / courtyard with dining and/or relaxation area with sunbeds, which can also safely accommodate cars and/or motorcycles.

Nestled in the heart of the Morvan, this bright and peaceful countryside home is surrounded by meadows where cows graze. It's the perfect place for a quiet getaway or a productive remote working stay. Facing south, the house stays pleasantly cool in summer while offering beautiful panoramic views over the rolling hills. The garden invites you to slow down and enjoy country life, with outdoor dining, hammocks beneath the apple trees... Fresh eggs from the hens await you every morning.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

This large, fully renovated 3* cottage offers a quiet stay to meet with friends or family, or simply for a stopover night to discover our beautiful region. Located in the heart of a pretty little village on the edge of the Canal du Nivernais, lovers of nature, fishing, walking or cycling will find happiness there. Possibility to rent a room or to rent the entire accommodation for up to 15 people. 6 large 160 beds and 4 90 beds, bed linen and towels provided.

Hidden between maples and bamboos, the chestnut cottage is located right on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water. Private entrance, free adjoining parking, not overlooked by the rest of the estate which consists of 30,000 m2 of a small private stable, a small cottage and our home. Ideally located 5 minutes from Nevers and surrounded by 1500 ha of Amognes state forest directly accessible on foot. Calm and nature predominate in this preserved place out of time.

Our Scale

A lovely vacation home with a swimming pool and large sun terrace. Where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioning on 2nd floor, fan on ground floor. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. You will experience the quiet countryside but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

In a natural setting, the gîte of the tower of the Château de Thard, can accommodate 4 people. Independent entrance, neat and warm decoration, well-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, bathtub, large walk-in shower. Garden with furniture and beautiful views of the Morvan Natural Park. Surrounded by 11 Ha of park and forests in a preserved nature and absolute calm. A large swimming pool, shared with the owners, is available from May 15 until the end of September.

The garden furniture will allow you to contemplate the setting around a meal with family or friends.

Enjoy the setting of this home surrounded by nature, quiet and bucolic Sleep in a tent equipped with a double sofa bed 140 x 200 cm, ( sheets not provided, duvet available ) on wood floor. You have an independent shower and sanitary area ( unheated) Outside, a fridge, microwave, gas stove, and espresso machine are available in a common area (plates and cutlery, pot and pan are available).
