Very good for a relaxing weekend, we enjoyed the hot tub and had a fun time making smores and listening to the frogs, SO private and cozy!

We came to the region for a family birthday party nearby and had a wonderful stay at Austin's place. Our only regret is that we were not staying longer. The home is a perfect place for a family getaway with easy access to regional recreation opportunities and direct access to Kerr Reservoir and trails. The house even comes with a dock and some equipment for watersports! We were a group of six, and there was more than enough space for comfortable rest and relaxation. The pool table and movie theater were highlights for the kids. Beautiful kitchen and grilling area on the deck. Everything was new and immaculately clean! We hope that we have cause to return. Thank you for being a great host, Austin. Cheers!

This is MY FAVORITE place to stay while in Henderson, NC. The home is beautiful and you feel right at home as soon as you step in the door. The cleanliness is impeccable. You have everything you need to start you stay. David, is responsive and available for any needs . He is very friendly and helpful… He’s an awesome host!!!

We had a great time. The house is spacious and the lake is wonderful. This is the most well equipped rental that we have ever stayed in. They could use a trash can upstairs and a few serving spoons. The hosts are very friendly and helpful! We'd love to go back again!

Clayton’s place was the epitome of a classic American 4th of July! We had 7 in our group plus a baby and we couldn’t have had a better time. The house is a dream and has everything you could need as we cooked all of our meals there and even used the smoker! Also the trail to the dock was directly across from the driveway and was so easy to access with the golf cart. If anything the pictures undersold the reality of how beautiful this place was for a summer holiday. We plan to return with the same group every year from now on! This place is where traditions are made. Would highly recommend for your trip to Kerr Lake. Also use Kerr Lake Adventures for any water craft rentals - we were able to keep our boat at Clayton’s dock for the duration of the trip! Brian from Kerr Lake adventures dropped off/ picked up the boat from the dock as well - so convenient! We can’t wait to come back!

Had everything we needed along with several bonus things like the firepit, golf cart, dock and bistro lights. Kitchen had what we needed to cook and the grill worked great. Host communicated clearly and was super friendly. We would book again.

Kevin was a gracious host and our family had an amazing time at the house. The lake is beautiful and the dock is perfect for relaxing. The house was very well stocked with everything you may need for your stay. I highly recommend this place !

Carol’s place is great. Just as pictured. She has done a wonderful job bringing this old home back to life. It is clean and has everything you need. Carol lives right down the road and always willing to help with whatever we need. Highly recommend!

An amazing relaxing and secluded spot. Great if you like fishing they also have a dock to dock your boat. best of all was Mickey his wife and Miss Lily. Wonderful people and a wonderful environment that they have provided.

Been quite a few spots on Airnb. Catherine and Shawn are truly the best host I have experienced….and not even close. They enjoy sharing their slice of heaven to those who appreciate all it has to offer. Gorgeous property to get out and explore and take it all in .It’s a trip my son and I always look forward to.

This place was wonderful for us. Lots of room and decorated really nice. It was quiet and easy access. Scott couldn't have been more accomodating. Instructions were clear. Things labeled so you were not confused. Guide book of area if needed. Even left a treat for our dog! If, we are in area in future, would stay again. Our stay was awesome. Linda & David Gober

The townhome was as described! Nice & new with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean, unit parking included as well as street parking. Would stay again!

The Gadabout was a perfect stay as I solo-traveled to the Wake Forest area for a weekend. The hosts are communicative, the property was unique, and the location was very close to a cute downtown. I would recommend!

The Eleanor Annex was well-appointed, and matched the description/photos. Carol was also a responsive host. My husband and I enjoyed the historic charm of the property.
