Originally a summer home, called Sunnyside, the cottage is winterized for a year-round retreat. Bald cypress trees bookend the lakeshore of this unique property. The cottage sits on a grassy lot sloping gently to the lake. There is a small dock to fish, swim and watch sunsets. Great spot for lake lifers, fisherfolk, couples, small families, business travelers.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! On 2.7 acres of land, there is a lot of peace and quiet with the lake just steps away. Bring your boat if you wish, swim off the dock, jump in a kayak or peddle boat, or grab a fishing pole to enjoy your time relaxing at this peaceful retreat. When you are done, go sit around the firepit, or just relax on the large back deck. With 7 beds, our home sleeps 10 comfortably. There's plenty of space for everyone!
