Prestigious barn_ with a contemporary twist

This stylish place to stay is perfect for those who love design, nature and hiking. Immersed in the green hills of Friuli, near the Alpe Adria Cycle Route and other destinations of interest (see the guide). Every detail of the interiors has been designed with the utmost care, and with the love for architecture of the hosts. The barn has two floors of 60 sqm (120 sqm total): on the first floor the large and bright living area and on the ground floor the bedroom with bathroom. There is a private furnished garden.

My accommodation is in a private courtyard, very close to the square of Cordenons. The bus stop that leads to the center of Pordenone and to the fair is in front of the apartment. Finely renovated and equipped with every comfort. Internet connection and Netflix. Independent entrance. Arranged on one floor, there are no stairs. Outdoor space for smoking. Reserved parking in the courtyard. Minimum stay 2 nights. I personally take care of the cleaning of the premises. I do makeup for evenings and special occasions.

The FLY apartment is located near the new Santa Maria degli Angeli Hospital. Completely renovated, it is equipped with many amenities such as parking, fiber Wi-Fi connection, air conditioners and access to streaming platforms (Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney+) with a large 65-inch TV in the living room, all available free of charge to those who stay there. Immersed in the tranquility of Vivaro, a short walk from the main square, our house offers a serene retreat, where you can relax and recharge. The large, well-kept private garden is ideal for outdoor breakfasts, evenings under the stars, and moments of play for children. The house has a kitchen, a large living room with a sofa bed, two bedrooms, one of which is a double, a master bathroom and a half bathroom.

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
