Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Valras-Plage

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Haus von Paul. Die Aussicht ist grandios, der Pool ebenfalls. Der Wohn - und Essbereich ist offen und hell und sehr geeignet für Gruppen. Ebenfalls die Aufteilung der Schlafräume. Man hat die Möglichkeit sich zurückziehen, wenn man möchte. Paul war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns hilfreiche Tips gegeben. Sein Vater war ebenso sehr freundlich. Beide sprechen gut englisch. Wir kommen gerne jederzeit wieder!

Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen! Die Kommunikation mit Kevin war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hatte eine tolle Atmosphäre! Wir haben die Ruhe geliebt und hatten alles was wir gebraucht haben! Die Gegend ist sehr gepflegt, sicher und alles ist in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.

Florence ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Bereits vor der Anreise versorgte sie uns zeitnah mit allen notwendigen Informationen. Vor Ort hat alles perfekt geklappt. Florence ist unglaublich nett und herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum: ein kleines Stück vom Paradies! Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter und würden ohne zu Zögern 10 Sterne vergeben, wenn das möglich wäre.

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous and spotless home (the photos are great but don't do justice to how beautiful it is). We wanted for nothing, the apartment is really well equipped and furnished. Ghislaine is a great host and very welcoming. Highly recommended.

An old house of great character with comfortable sitting room and well-equipped but old style farm kitchen. The shaded terrace was excellent for meals outside and the patio in front of the living room’s French doors was great for breakfast in the sun. The setting and scenery are absolutely beautiful and it is possible to do great walks right from the door. Our dog, Jim, was in his element. The house is well located for numerous walks including the Gorges d’Heric and circuits above Olargues and Saint Pons de Thomiere. A car is essential. There is no local shopping but there are supermarkets in Bedarieux and Saint Pons, not too far away. We enjoyed the restaurant ‘le lézard bleu which is close by in Vieussan. Lydia is a very friendly, welcoming and helpful host. An excellent stay we hope to return.

Tout a déjà été dit. La maison du pêcheur est située dans un lieu idyllique et dans un calme olympien. Nous nous y sommes sentis tout de suite à l'aise et l'accueil de Denys était très chaleureux et sympathique. Certes, quelques travaux d'entretien sont nécessaires, mais comme le dit Denys, divers éléments externes font que ceux-ci ne sont pas toujours possibles. Mais l'impression de vivre en symbiose avec la nature font oublier ces petits inconvénients.

Le logement était super, petites attentions des propriétaires touchantes! jacuzzi simple d'utilisation, logement très propre et rangé, mon amie et moi avons passé un super séjour chez Gilles et Marie ! Merci pour tout 🙏

Logement impeccable ! Ce dernier est extrêmement bien situé, et facile d'accès, que cela soit en voiture ou a pied, de plus il est sécurisé par un portail ! Le logement est extrêmement bien fourni en accesoires et commodités, retrouvant autant des équipements pour faire la cuisine que pour se baigner ou encore s'occuper des touts petits. (La climatisation dans chacune des chambres est une petite pépite !) De plus, le propriétaire des lieux est extrêmement réactif, se tenant a la disposition de ses locataires afin de pouvoir les guider et les aider du mieux possible. Je vous recommande vivement devenir découvrir cette villa, je vous assure que vous ne serez pas déçu et profiterer pleinement de vos futurs séjours !

Florent's property is a small 3 floor self-contained house with well equipped and modern fittings throughout. The top floor could be a reading room or study and it opens out to a rooftop terrace overlooking a very pleasing view of tiled roofs, trees and the nearby cathedral. The little street is very quiet but within a few minutes walking distance of bustling squares and narrow old-town streets full of bars and restaurants. There is a tram stop (Lines 1 and 4) 2 minutes away which will connect you to wherever you might want to visit in the city. It's good to have a whole house rather than an apartment in a building shared with other tenants or visitors. The place has a relaxing feel and all creature comforts are catered for. Florent was always responsive - he replied to my queries within minutes.

Sous le charme de ce logement entièrement fonctionnel et joliment décoré, déconnexion,calme,relaxation avec le jardin extérieur, le jacuzzi ,les oiseaux, ce fut un séjour très agréable . L’hôte Stéphanie accueille chaleureusement et est très sympathique, nous reviendrons et nous recommandons . Merci encore Stéphanie, bonne continuation et à bientôt, Fabrice et Loetitia.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille de 4 personnes. L'appartement est idéalement situé à deux pas des plages et des commerces de proximité. Il est très bien équipe et la terrasse est trés agréable. La communication et l'accueil proposés par Valras Loc sont excellents. Nous recommandons ++

Brilliant accommodation right opposite the beach with great facilities. The location is perfect, just across road to the beach. Also a few mins walk to the main square where all the restaurants and shops are. The garage was great, we managed to fit a Renault Traffic in it with the garage door left open. Also really useful was a store cupboard in the lobby where you can put all your beach gear such as umbrellas, chairs, buckets and spades. And the garden shower was such a good idea so you can wash off after the beach and not bring sand into the apartment. Aircon in bedrooms really help too.

L’appartement est idéalement situé ! La vue depuis la terrasse est imprenable. L’appartement est cosy, très bien équipé et très fonctionnel.

Rien à dire, très bon emplacement avec la plage à deux pas et un bon restaurant juste en bas. Stationnement dans la résidence Bon rapport qualité prix

Das Apartment ist perfekt gelegen, sodass wir schon früh morgens an den Strand konnten. Der Strand ist absolut für Kinder geeignet. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind ebenfalls große Pluspunkte im Apartment. Ein Bad könnte eine kleine Sanierung brauchen. Austausch der Silikonfugen und eine neue Duschstange würden schon ausreichen und viel bringen. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig gewesen. Für kleinere Einkäufe ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben einfach perfekt! Der Pool ist sauber und es hat total Spaß gemacht vor allem bei dem heißen Wetter! Danke für die Unterkunft und den freundlichen Umgang.

Everything very easy all the way through from booking to check-out with very informative instructions and communication. Ideal location in the harbour but quiet and cosy inneryard. Very clean and nice in every aspect, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Communication with Helene was as good as it gets. She met us at the apartment and made sure we were settled in. She got back to us immediately when we had small issues or questions. And she met us upon checkout to make sure that went smoothly. The space is a bit smaller than expected, though I believe the size was stated exactly in the listing. It was incredibly clean and had everything we could need. And the balcony was nicer and had a better view of the saltmarsh than we expected. The bed was very comfortable and everything in the apartment worked well. The location, while not right by anything you would want to visit, is centrally located for all the things you might want to visit. Having the bikes completely made the trip and made accessing all areas, including the town, the beaches, and the saltmarsh, easy and pleasurable.

Excellent week end passé dans cette appartement. Le logement est très fonctionnel, propre et très bien situé. L’hôte est très sympathique , réactive et s adapte à nos demandes. Nous avons croisé la dame de service à notre départ qui est très gentille. Nous recommandons ce logement et nous reviendrons très prochainement. Merci !

We had a wonderful stay. Catherine and her husband were lovely. I told her that we had an early flight but there was no rush to get the apartment ready before the stated check in time however, they rang us to say that it was ready well before. The apartment is in the perfect location right on the beach with a huge balcony that gets the hot morning sun, perfect for some private sunbathing and you can even sit and watch the kids playing on the beach from it! We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. The beach was quiet on week days and busier on the weekend. We loved having the pool which was always clean and has a shallow end for the kids. There are restaurants just down the road with friendly staff and you can walk up the beach to the main town and harbour or take the bus from right outside the apartment. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely stay at Catherine's again!

We had a wonderful stay at Thomasina's apartment. Truly one of the most beautiful places we have stayed at. The gardens and pool are delightful. The apartment is very well equipped, super clean and Thomasina was very welcoming and helpful with ther explanations and information. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful stay in a beautiful place.

Magnifique séjour. Emplacement exceptionnel les pieds dans l'eau avec une vue splendide. Appartement grand confort avec tout ce qu'il faut. Rien ne manque. Tout est bien pensé. Literie de très bonne qualité encore mieux qu'à la maison . Propreté irréprochable, vraiment bravo. Un grand merci pour ce séjour. Nous étions trop bien. On revient l'année prochaine avec grand plaisir
