Beachfront vacation rentals in Valras-Plage

Ich war mit meinen Töchtern vor Ort. wir hatten den Strand und die Restaurants in geringer Entfernung. Trotz Hochsaison war die Unterkunft sehr ruhig. Die Treppen in den 3.Stock waren kein Problem für uns. der Zugang in die obere Etage ist durch die schmale Treppe für Menschen die nicht gut zu Fuß sind eine kleine Herausforderung.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille de 4 personnes. L'appartement est idéalement situé à deux pas des plages et des commerces de proximité. Il est très bien équipe et la terrasse est trés agréable. La communication et l'accueil proposés par Valras Loc sont excellents. Nous recommandons ++

Magnifique week-end prolongé dans ce lieu paisible. Nous avons profité du cadre et des nombreuses activités aux alentours. Merci

Le logement est fidèle aux photos, propre, pratique, avec tous les équipements nécessaires et décoré avec goût. Les lits sont faits à l’arrivée, les serviettes à disposition, ainsi que des lits nettoyage et de salle de bain. Les équipes de Valras loc sont très sympathiques, réactives, de bon conseil. J’y retournerai les yeux fermés

It was great stay in beautiful apartment with the spectacular view! Well equipped, new and well maintained place with everything you need during your stay. Very comfortable and spacious balcony. Parking space in the garage and shops just on the opposite site. On top great contact with Alexandre. He was very helpful and answering very quick. For sure we will be back!:)

2 ème séjour dans ce petit appartement face à la mer ! toujours impeccable et la vue toujours aussi belle! Les instructions de Philippe et Corinne sont très claires pour une arrivée en toute autonomie. La cuisine est bien équipé, les lits confortables. Son point fort est sa localisation : front de mer , restaurants et tout commerce à proximité.

Wunderschönes Haus direkt am breiten Sand-Strand, schöner Pool, Privatsphäre drinnen und draußen. Überall Blick aufs Meer. Wir waren mit unseren Kindern, 2 Enkeln (7 Personen) und 2 Hunden da, klappte super. Absolut zu empfehlen. Fabienne war für jede Frage offen! 🤩

Séjour parfait! sinan est un hôte exceptionnel, très accueillant et disponible. Ses conseils sur les restaurants et les activités locales ont été précieux. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par le charme de cette maison. Tout était pensé pour notre confort, des équipements de cuisine aux serviettes moelleuses. Un vrai cocon. Situé dans un quartier calme, le logement est parfait pour se détendre après une journée de visites. La proximité des commerces et des restaurants est un vrai plus. je recommande vivement

Un excellent séjour chez Bernard, dans un logement charmant, propre et fonctionnel. Un lit très confortable, une terrasse privée et une piscine à disposition (je m'y suis baignée malgré la température plutôt fraîche, c'était un plus très appréciable !). La communication a été aisée et Bernard nous a prêté deux vélos pour nos balades ! La mer est à deux pas et la ville (Agde, Cap d'Agde, Grau d'Agde) facilement accessible à vélo ou en auto. Beaucoup de possibilités de visites ou de promenades. Un beau soleil aussi durant ce séjour qui s'est donc avéré parfait !

We had a wonderful stay. Catherine and her husband were lovely. I told her that we had an early flight but there was no rush to get the apartment ready before the stated check in time however, they rang us to say that it was ready well before. The apartment is in the perfect location right on the beach with a huge balcony that gets the hot morning sun, perfect for some private sunbathing and you can even sit and watch the kids playing on the beach from it! We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. The beach was quiet on week days and busier on the weekend. We loved having the pool which was always clean and has a shallow end for the kids. There are restaurants just down the road with friendly staff and you can walk up the beach to the main town and harbour or take the bus from right outside the apartment. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely stay at Catherine's again!

Appartement idéalement placé avec vu entière sur le port au soleil couchant avec une terrasse suffisamment grande pour 4. Commerces à proximité, plages et centres de quais à quelques mètres. Cuisine sur-équipée, appareils ménagers confortables pour passer un bon séjour. Literie confortable, salle de bain et douche avec de bel espace. énormément de rangements pour 4 personnes. Enfin, un hôte très accueillant, de bons conseils et serviable. Allez y les yeux fermés pour un bons conseils moment assuré.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem großzügigem und liebevoll eingerichtetem Appartment. Der Pool war wunderbar, wir haben gegrillt und Petanque gespielt. Es gibt in der Umgebung fantastische Ausflugsziele, Berge mit zauberhaften Dörfern, das Meer mit schönen Stränden und tolle Städte. Lucien hat uns viele super Tipps gegeben. Wir hoffen bald wieder hinfahren zu können.

Le logement est très bien situé, nous avons pu profiter des activités à côté (parc attraction, casino, plage). Le logement est conforme à la description, la piscine chauffée est un réel avantage Charlotte est réactive et a su répondre à nos questions rapidement Je recommande grandement si vous voulez profiter entre amis ou en famille

Sasu's place is very clean, beautiful, and practical with high quality fittings, appliances, and comfortable bed. The kitchen has everything one needs to prepare meals. The space is very well-organised and spacious without any clutter. The highlight for me was a beautiful work desk and the proximity to the beach - just 50 meters. I was able to swim twice a day in the sea, in the morning and evening, and work middle of the day from the apartment with a view of the sea. Fast WIFI was helpful. Also, there are so many restaurants nearby within 2 mins walk to 30 mins. Just below the flat is a pizzeria, carrefour supermarket within 2 mins walk, an epicerie below. Buses nearby to go to Béziers or Sérignan. One can go to the port for even more choice of restaurants and also, take the ferry for EUR1.20 a person to go to La plage naturelle des Orpellières which is a beautiful wild beach perfect for swimming and enjoying nature. It truly felt like home, I enjoyed every minute in this apartment.

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce bel appartement, très propre, bien décoré et très lumineux ! Une superbe vue sur la mer et un accès direct à la plage qui se trouve en bas de l’immeuble. Les commerces et restaurants situés à proximité étaient également très appréciables. Nous n’hésiterons pas à réserver à nouveau chez Fabien qui est un hôte très accueillant, réactif et fort sympathique ! Je recommande donc fortement ce logement si vous devez séjourner sur Valras !

Logement agréable, bien décoré, et très bien placé! Proche de la plage et des restaurants, snacks etc on a pas utilisé la voiture du week-end. Je recommande !

This apartment was perfect - less than a minute away from the beach and a supermarket, as well as being walkable to the main restaurant area of Valras plage and near a bus stop. The two balconies meant we could sit in the sun most of the day and the apartment was well stocked. Sylvia was also a very accommodating host, responding quickly , anticipating needs and offering flexibility. Thank you!

A quiet and relaxing stay in a well-equipped, spotlessly clean and thoughtfully renovated townhouse. In a superb location, literally opposite the beach; a hit with our four-year-old granddaughter with its wooden pirate ship and slide. Cleaning of the streets and beach was a high priority. Approx 200m to ice cream parlours, bars, a few restaurants, a Casino shop and a pâtisserie. Carrefour Hypermarché Sérignan had everything we needed. Street parking was free in May and busy by the beach at weekends but we found spaces nearby. Many thanks to François and family. We have no hesitation in recommending Villa Espadon and hope to make a return visit soon!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders toll war der geschützte Parkplatz und die Nähe zum Strand, den man bequem zu Fuß erreichen konnte. Die Lage ist entspannt und ruhig, ideal zum Abschalten. Der große Balkon war perfekt, um dort entspannt zu frühstücken. Das Badezimmer war modern und sehr sauber, und die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet – alles, was man braucht, war vorhanden. Besonders möchten wir auch die herzliche Betreuung durch Emilie hervorheben, die uns jederzeit freundlich zur Seite stand. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Sehr schöne, moderne Ferienwohnung, nur ein paar Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Tolle Ausstattung, vor allem in der Küche alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Petit studio nickel, très bien équipé, dans le centre ville à quelques pas de la plage. Isabelle est accueillante, disponible et à l'écoute. Je recommande vivement.
