Frederico is very friendly and proactive and accommodating. Tips on restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, tips and the opportunity to take a tour were very helpful. The apartment was as described, very modernly furnished. A nice bathroom with a walk-in shower, sliding door to the bathroom, a large living area with fitted kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, TV, dining table and double bed. The BATHROOM and apartment were very clean and well maintained, there was nothing missing. The facility was private, we were able to park the vehicle on the enclosed grounds, the pool was cleaned in our time. Sun loungers and umbrellas were provided, a shower for after swimming was also provided. We immediately felt welcome and felt very comfortable. On our next trip to Sirmione, we will be happy to contact Frederico again. Thanks again

An incredible view from the terrace – we spent a lot of time there, enjoying the view of the town Castelletto and the wonderful Lake Garda! We were very warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable from the beginning. Hubert and Renate are very nice, attentive hosts. In the apartment/kitchen and on the terrace everything was very clean and what you need was available. Excursion tips and restaurant recommendations were included. We were particularly impressed by the wide view and the birdsong. The towel change in between was quickly organized. The supermarket, gas station and pharmacy are easily accessible downstairs in the village of Caprino Veronese. There are some restaurants, cafes and once a week the weekly market. The excursion options are diverse; the parking facilities at the beginning of May were sufficiently available. If you want to go hiking, you should have GPS with you, as the signage in the area is not reliable. With a ship you can easily get to the other side of the lake, with various lifts to Monte Baldo (from Prada even with a basket lift to stand).

Roberta is an exceptional host. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed with everything we needed. From the free bikes to the thoughtful touches throughout, everything was perfect. She was always available, kind, and made us feel completely at home. One of the best stays we’ve had — highly recommended!

The short version: You walk through the door and feel at home. The long version: The apartment - looked much better in real life than in the photos. The furnishings are of very high quality, lovingly and tastefully selected. The view "while brushing your teeth" (and of course the rest of the day) is impressive. The location - on the one hand, you feel completely "in nature," because the lake is right at your doorstep and you can immediately reach it for a walk or a swim. The view from the apartment, garden or from the terrace of the magnificent panorama of the lake is also unbeatable. At the same time, there are restaurants and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. The center of Limone with a boat dock, restaurants, etc. is easily within walking distance (only a short distance is on the street). Hosts - The Superhost category could be expanded upwards. Warm, friendly and helpful to all questions of the stay and beyond.

The house looks exactly like the photos. It felt like we were staying in one of those model homes you see on Pinterest. It’s beautifully and aesthetically designed. Everything was clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The parking and the house in general felt very safe. It’s about 5–6 minutes by car to the city center. This is a really beautiful place to stay. The apartment is well appointed, the pool is lovely and the gardens and outdoor space is stunning. Gabi is an excellent host who works hard to look after guests, giving the place the feel of a boutique hotel, with the privacy and convenience of self catering. We’re already planning on going back.

We loved it from the very first second. The place matched the pictures and looked even more beautiful in real life. The view was incredibly beautiful and we were constantly amazed. In addition, Monica and her family were incredibly warm and helped us immediately with any problems. We would come back. PS: There is wine from our own vineyard, which tastes very delicious! 💕

My stay at Francesca’s was perfect ! It’s a beautiful private setting. With the bikes we could reach the lake and visit nearby cities. Francesca was always reactive and kind with us ! 10/10 !!

Beautiful stay! The hosts were very friendly and always quickly accessible, all our wishes were immediately taken into account. A small note: The address could be a little clearer in the documents, but thanks to the Google Maps link, that was not a problem. The location is perfect to unwind and enjoy the fantastic view. Garda is only about 10 minutes away by car. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Everything was very clean, tastefully decorated and exactly as described. Particularly noteworthy is the fantastic roof terrace with a breathtaking view of Lake Garda – the perfect place to end the day. Communication with the host was straightforward and friendly. The place was very clean and well stocked. The location was quiet and perfect for various excursions. From the terrace and roof terrace, you had a great view of the lake. There is a small mini-market in the village, but only for the essentials. You have to drive about 30 minutes to a larger supermarket. We were very happy with the place.

To describe it in one word: FANTASTIC! We spent 5 nights at the Dama del Lago and would have liked to have stayed much longer. The view from the pool of Bardolino and Lake Garda is breathtaking (a thousand times better than in the pictures) and the place was perfect. Comfortable beds, a great bathroom and an even better kitchen in a spacious and stylishly furnished apartment. What more could you ask for?

Anna was an excellent host! She communicated wonderfully the entire time! Her place is just beautiful and clean and spacious! It was a refreshing stay and had everything we needed! The proximity of the apartment to restaurants and the central town was better than we expected. Views out of the window were beautiful, seeing the mountains and the village was stunning!

Wonderful spacious apartment. Very clean. It was myself and my 2 children however could easily accommodate a bigger family. Walking distance to all restaurants and stones throw from the water. We felt comfortable and very safe.

It was really a dream cottage for our honeymoon with beautiful views over the lake. Outside, 2 nice sunbeds and a table with 4 chairs. We will definitely come back.

Out of the way but still walkable to everywhere. It’s up quite a few flights of stairs with no elevator in the building, and the roads to get there are mostly cobbled, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Everything was clean and worked properly. Netflix account being usable was appreciated.

First class apartment and host !! What a truly luxury apartment that exceeded our expectations . Our stay was made even more enjoyable by the support that Stefano’s provided .
