A very cozy apartment, the white clothes came from ten because at night it was quite cool. The impeccable kitchen, impeccable bathroom, and divine hot water for an excellent post beach bath. The dpto has a beautiful view of the sea, the complex has elevator service to get to the coast easily because it is difficult to get through the streets of Con-con. Amazing, 100% recommended. There are warehouses near by car or supermarket 5 min by car. It's a nice place to VACATION and REST! There is not much night movement nearby, everything is quiet at night. Caesar a genius!

The apartment is amazing. Very clean, tidy, and cozy. It had everything for a quiet, relaxed and cheerful stay. Very quiet building, with plenty of privacy, security, with various common areas (pool, quincho, gardens, etc). What can I say about Francisco: very concerned, respectful, attentive. Before our arrival, he gave us very clear and precise instructions. It's nice to be in such good properties and with a reception as excellent as Francisco's. Congratulations! And of course I would go again.

The apartment is excellent, the location is ideal, central, close to the Mall Marina and the beach, a beautiful area to walk and get to know. 6 blocks from the Plaza de Armas, an area where you can find all the services you may need. Communication with Victor and his partner was very fast, always attentive. Everything was excellent, from the hosts, the apartment, to the building's concierges who were always ready to help us. We would definitely book with them again.

The accommodation is excellent, close to all the sights, very safe and comfortable! The hostess Tatiana is very friendly and helpful with everything!

Excellent service from Patricia and Santiago, attentive to everything, they solved a problem we had immediately... (the border crossing was closed and we had to stay two more days) The willingness to help was 10 points. Apartment is faithful to its photos. Cama king very comfortable. Heaters for the winter that quickly warmed the apartment. Clean, easy check-in with a key lock and Nataly attentive and responding quickly, providing all the necessary information.

Old building and apartment, but in excellent condition. It had everything you need for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. The apartment was tidy and clean, which shows concern. A single detail, but that did not disturb our rest at all, was that the shower phone support did not work properly. Other than that, everything was perfect👌. The electric stove became vital on those cold nights (thank you for that). Regarding the host, although it is true that we did not meet Camila, she was always attentive, and responded very quickly to every question or concern we had. We will definitely be back. Very comfortable apartment and nice view, although you can't see the sea, only in the distance. The building has an outdoor pool and also a heated pool (be careful, they ask for a bathing cap to enter, we bought them in a jumbo that is a 30-minute walk away). When leaving the building there is a beautiful park to walk in, everything is very nice around, and it is located a 15-minute walk from the Concon dunes, I recommend them 100%, very beautiful. Nearby there is a strip center where you can buy day-to-day merchandise. The apartment has everything you need, you just have to bring towels. The host Francisca is very friendly and attentive, she responds quickly and even offered us help to store our luggage until the time of the flights, very grateful, it was a nice vacation.

The view is better than what you see in the photos, a well-equipped apartment.

Excellent apartment and well located a quiet sector, the apartment very well equipped to make the stay comfortable, the indications given by Javiera were accurate so as not to have any inconvenience, the only one but but nothing else is the use of the quincho that must be rented but it is nothing, it has a good space for outdoor use.
