You will love my place because of the wonderful view over the bay of Valparaiso and the entire coastline of the region.The loft is part of an old house of Cerro Alegre,completely renovated and the location is perfect,close to places of interest, such as art and culture, incredible views, family activities and restaurants and food. We offer a small apartment (number 2 in the exterior photo) that is very cozy, with everything you need to have a pleasant stay in Valparaíso, located on the 4th floor, only accessible by stairs. The important thing for us is to answer all your questions and guide you around the city in case you need it. Located in a residential neighborhood with transportation to the door to leave and return from downtown Valparaíso and Viña del Mar, we are 15 blocks from the city's bus terminal.

My house has an important heritage value as it has 100 years but perfectly maintained, comfortable and cosy, with a wood warming stove, high ceilings, beautiful views of the whole bay and harbour. With two terraces, a kitchen totally implemented and beautiful views from kitchen and dining room. We don’t have this house for business. It’s our beautiful place to escape from stress which we rent when we don’t go.
