An excellent place to relax, a comfortable and very nice apartment, the attention of the people in the building was great, an excellent view and an excellent host, very flexible and helpful at all times.

Jaunpablo's place was very nice, clean and comfortable. We stayed there for 2 and a half months. It is close to the bus terminal and supermarkets. The apartment block has pool and common areas that we used. The people in the building were very friendly. Jaunpablo was a very nice host, always approachable and responsive. We were in Vina during the forest fires, both Jaunpablo and building concierge gave us important information and helped us during the crisis. I would highly recommend staying at Jaunpablo's place when you visit Vina del mar.

The apartment is a dream, its facilities, location and hostess definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had. Vale is super friendly and always willing and concerned, warm at all times and concerned beyond measure. Definitely a home I would always return to. It has a spectacular panoramic view and enviable sunsets, thank you for a magical and exceptional stay in every way that one could expect 🌙🤍🌙

Paz is a great host and the apartment is very special. i had the pleasure of staying for one month whilst waiting for my ship to sail to England, after travelling for 5 years in South America. It really is a wonderful space with a fantastic view and a wonderful balcony to take your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening. If you get the chance to stay here i strongly recommend you take the opportunity.

The view of the place is incredible! I think it lacks heating, we went in May, we had cold days and we were a little cold, although afterwards they provided us with a stove, it was not enough for all the rooms and we could not sleep with that stove on. The rest is excellent.

The house is beautiful, spacious, comfortable and with a wonderful temperature thanks to the fact that it retains the heat of the sun and when there is no sun, the forest does its job of tempering very well (we went in autumn). The view is spectacular and can be enjoyed at all times, either outside on the terrace or inside from the living room. It is in a wonderful, quiet environment, with several walks that can be done in nature. There is a forest next door, a beach and a walk to the lighthouse, all within walking distance. It's a place to relax and return refreshed. Our dogs enjoyed it as much as we did. For lovers of nature and tranquility, it is a dream place.

Centrally located, steps from the beach and food places, pubs and supermarket. The area is safe and pleasant, very walkable day and night.

The accommodation was just as shown in the photos, we loved it from the moment we arrived. Everything was excellent.

Beautiful apartment, very well maintained, equipped and with spectacular views! We enjoyed all the details (spices, oil and coffee, etc.) that contribute to a pleasant daily life! Communication with Mascha is very fluid. Means of transport pass in front of the building: which is very convenient! We will return without hesitation!

The apartment is very well located and equipped, it has sheets, toiletries, towels and kitchen utensils. Carlos is always ready to respond and answer questions.

Best of all, the location and accessibility to any place in Viña del Mar, very safe, quiet and comfortable, ideal for two people. Paulina was always attentive and concerned about our well-being, we had a wonderful weekend. Really a break in the city.

We loved this apartment so much we extended our stay. It is in a secure building. The apartment is on the 16th floor and has a great view. We enjoyed the balcony. It was very clean with a comfortable bed and bedding. We had everything we needed for cooking our meals. We really liked using the washing machine. We walked or took a city bus everywhere. There is a Unimarc around the corner and lots of great restaurants nearby.

Perfect apartment for one or two people. 4 would be fairer, but also. All very clean, modern and comfortable furnishings. Very comfortable to be there. Good location, close to Av Valparaiso with all its shops. Subway and micros right in front of the building. The height of the apartment gives it a nice view.

Very good place, cozy and clean.

Everything was excellent! From the comfort of the apartment, the location and that magnificent view with the seagulls flying around that captivates you. It has all the utensils you need in the kitchen. Daniela was always very friendly and attentive to my questions, we'll be back!
