We are in Cerro Esperanza, a privileged place, since we are between Viña del Mar and Valparaiso; 10 minutes from downtown Valparaiso and 15 minutes from downtown Viña del Mar. Close to beaches and all the city's attractions. It has easy access to public transportation.

The entire property dates back to 1921 and is one of the typical turn-of-the-century houses in Viña del Mar.
