Welcome to our home, we rent an apartment attached to the house, totally independent, has kitchenette, double bed, private bathroom, wifi, TV, refrigerator and basic services. We are in the hill hope, a privileged place, since we are between vineyard of the sea and valparaiso; to 10 min of center of valparaiso and to 15 minutes of the center of vineyard of the sea. Close to beaches and all the attractions that the city has. It has easy access by public transport.

La Casa del Almirante (Admiral's House) Guesthouse

This accommodation was the former guest house of the main property. It was renovated in 2010 but maintains the original 1960 layout. The entire property dates back to 1921 and is one of the typical turn-of-the-century houses in Viña del Mar. The guest house has all the necessary amenities and the permanent attention of the property owners. The area is very quiet and well connected to downtown Viña and Valparaíso.

Enjoy the entire year in Viña del Mar in our comfortable house with terrace, fully equipped in a residential neighborhood in Avenida Agua Santa near to the Santuario Schoenstatt. From here you can easily reach Caleta Abarca Beach, Reloj de Flores, Shops (You can reach these spots in 15 minutes walking.) and many stops of public transport.

Ideal for couples looking to spend their vacations or days off. You can walk down to the beach or go to the supermarket a few blocks away.
