The basement is on garden level, it is fully refurnished and it has a main room with a wet bar, a small bedroom and a bathroom. It has a private entrance. New paint, new carpet, new mini fridge and all new kitchenware, dishes and etc. For sleeping there are a queen bed with a new mattress and unfold couch with a comfy mattress. Nice backyard, cute swings. No Pets.
