It only takes 5 minutes walk to the beautiful Malgrate lakefront and 10 minutes to reach the center of Lecco and find all the essential amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, train station and buses, as well as the pier for the ferry to Varenna-Bellagio. THIS IS A PRIVATE HOUSE, it is not a hotel, I am sharing my house with guests as I use it few weeks during the year. The house is a typical italian house originally built in the years 1700. It has 1 bedrooms available with a double bed , 1 kitchen, 1 living room with a little balcony that you can enjoy in the morning with the sun for breakfast or for your dinner in front the beautiful colors on the mountain and on the lake at dinner.

We loved our stay in Giacomo’s apartment, it’s super modern but still very cosy and had everything we needed. It’s an excellent base to explore all that Lake Como has to offer being so close to public transport links. I would highly recommend, we had the most lovely holiday.

Great apartment in a beautiful location with good transport links in the area and things to do - hosts were so friendly and helpful during the entire stay. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay around / near Lecco.

The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. I felt right at home from the first moment.
