The Relais Podere le Gaggìe is the result of a rigorous restoration of a historic farmhouse from the first half of the 19th century. You can breathe in the unique charm of a carefully preserved atmosphere and era, with the most refined and demanding comfort. The "La Terrazza" house is spread over two floors, and consists of a living room with fireplace, eat-in kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The furniture is in full harmony with the atmosphere of the restoration carried out.

Casa Verrua features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and an EV charging station for a fee. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by the anti-mosquito system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

In the heart of La Morra, in a building of the '700 recently restored, with characteristic wooden beamed ceilings, the accommodation is organized on two floors. Combined in rustic style with modern furnishings, it includes a kitchen; large living area with a table for 8 people, a sofa bed; living room with TV and sofas on the upper level. Three bedrooms with queen beds, plus a baby bed. The apartment is completed by three full bathrooms with shower and access to the balconies.
