In privileged surroundings encircled by mountains, ski stations and cycling summits at the foot of the chaine of the Belledonne mountains. The very comfortable renovated haybarn has exposed beams, view of roof structure through glass ceiling, stone walls and wooden floors but with a modern contempary touch. A deck to sit, listen and admire the breathtaking countryside, it's wildlife (Refuge ASPAS) and the horses who live on the farm, whilst savouring the pure tranquility .. and a glass of wine!

Valloire: quiet with a nice view

Overlooking Valloire, in the peaceful hamlet of the Col, the chalet is connected, in winter, to the center of the resort by a free shuttle bus (5-10 min). Return is possible by skiing via an off-pane. Equipped with a terrace, the accommodation offers views of the surrounding mountains. The decor, elegant and refined is predominantly wooded. We have designed the cottage, so that you can spend exceptional moments for families or with friends. Private parking, ski and bike storage, boot warmer.

In the heart of the Écrins National Park, perched in the Hameau des Terrasses, this contemporary house has stunning views of the Meije glaciers. The 95 m2 house is characterized by its openings and unique volumes offering its occupants an extraordinary panoramic landscape. It has an equipped kitchen open to the living room, 3 bedrooms including a mezzanine with a total of 6 beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a separate toilet. It received the 2022 Archicote Award.

My accommodation is close to Vanoise Park with a beautiful view of the mountains of the Maurienne Valley. You will also appreciate it for its calm, its outdoor spaces, for cyclists its location near the mythical passes of the Tour de France (Galibier, Madeleine, Croix de Fer...) for skiers and hikers 5 km from the winter/summer resort of Les Karellis. My place is good for couples, solo travelers.
