A studio on the ground floor of my house

I welcome you on the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. It is a 30 m2 non-smoking accommodation with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room sleeps 3 people, with a double bed in 140 and a single bed, wifi and TV. The bathroom on the ground floor is private at the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilets at the entrance of the house are in common.

Come and recharge your batteries in the heart of the Millevaches Nature Park in our haven. The gîte is on the hosts' property, not overlooked, you have your peace and quiet, but if you need us we are not far away. Relaxation and calm assured. Lake Lavaud Gélade: fishing, swimming 10 minutes by car or 45 minutes on foot. Lake Vassivière 25 minutes by car. Short hikes from the cottage. 10 minutes from the first shops (bakery, butcher, supermarket, restaurants, tobacco, fuel)

The house is surrounded by hiking trails of 1 to 3 hours depending on the routes to be done on foot, by bicycle or on horseback!
